The biggest compliment you can give a company is repeat business. B&D recently completed a full HVAC replacement for my house renovation. This was the fourth time I have used them and couldn’t be more satisfied. Alex and his team were very knowledgeable, professional and responsive to my needs and questions. Their follow up service is 5 stars and they went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

I called last night because our furnace is not working. I was told they would be here today between 3-5 pm and would call when they were about 30 minutes out. They are a no show/no call. I won't waste anymore time on them and will be thankful I didn't have to spend more money on an after hours call.

Scheduled a dryer vent cleaning with the company, which they had no problem scheduling on a Sunday. Was told someone would come to check it out Monday and never showed, then rescheduled me for Tuesday. Tuesday was told between 9am and 1pm, no one showed or called. Tuesday at 430pm get a call stating, they don't even provide this service. So I wasted two days waiting for someone that was never going to show because it's a service they do not provide but will schedule.

We were happy with the service Christian provided. He was friendly and knowledgeable and fixed what we called him to fix. However, as other reviews mention, we have not received an invoice yet. I've called the office twice and no one has called me back nor has anyone sent an invoice to me. It's just good business to provide an invoice to customers. In hindsight, I should not have paid until I received an invoice. We did have a Saturday job done so I understood it would be higher. But it would be nice to see the math and trust that we were not overcharged.

Called multiple times….never received my rebate for new unit purchase, it’s been 6 months. Also stood me up twice for a duct cleaning that was included. No regard for my time, schedule, or money.

Left broken glass in my basement for my dog to walk on and no proper seal for the whole they made in my basement window, electrician took two days power the ac unit, they promised me a free duct cleaning, I lost electricity to half my kitchen after the electrician came to my house, called multiple times and texted multiple people for a resolution but no one follows up or responds back with any type of help. Will be leaving a BBB review next.

Worst experience my unit is six days old and currently down already due to not being installed correctly . I was upset but tried to be understanding as they sent a tech out the next day who showed up to inform us he couldn't fix the issue and would have to return as he didnt have the needed tooling to complete the job so out of the 6 days I've had the unit its worked for 4 days . I'd rather have them remove the unit and get my money back then be put on hold and told they will come back and hopefullly get it resolved unless you have unlimited access to be able to leave work wouldn't recommend them as this will be day three of taking off in a week for something that should have been installed correctly the first time.

Mike came out to give us a quote to replace our old central air unit in our home. He was very polite and informative, we never once felt like we were getting a sales pitch or being upsold. The technicians came out just 2 days after the quote for the install! Jose and Matthew were courteous and professional and had us relaxing in the AC in just a few hours!
