These men believe in taking good care of their clients. They were willing to "doctor" our old a/c unit to keep us cool while we awaited our new system to arrive (BONUS: NO charge)! Overall, very promt, professional and thorough service.

Bill came out on Christmas Eve, without hesitation. Communication and service were top notch! He had to order a part and was here first thing Monday to get it put in!

Matt was a real nice guy. Was a simple fix gladly(spider web in my burner orifice) apparently happens frequently.. They got to me the same day I called. Will use them for my hvac needs in the future for sure!

Was very happy with the service I recieved... called that morning. They came out and told me the issue ... had to replace furnace since so old and the part would cost me as much as a new furnace.. new furnace was put in two days later... got my first bill and was shocked at the 80 dollar savings.... waited till after January 2018 negative temps to post this ... got my next bill and shocked again ... was not even close to what I was use to paying... Thank you so Much Diversified Heating for the wonderful work and service you did for my home and family. So with my savings on my gas bill was great for December we normally pay 180 my bill was 88 dollars for January we normally pay 280 our bill was 110 and for February we normally pay 200 our bill was 90 .. I called the gas company to see if an actual bill not an estimated one and they said they are actual ... so with this said Bill and his son put in tthe right size furnace for my home ..And it has been great!

My central air stopped working, and I called Bill from Diversified on a Friday evening, and he was here within 30 minutes to fix it. On top of that, it only took about another 30 minutes for him to fix the problem. I will be calling these guys when it comes time for a new central air system. If you are looking for fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and AFFORDABLE service, give Diversified a call!

Needed to upgrade both heating and air conditioning. Diversified placed order for our new units and had them installed in less than 2 weeks. They were very knowledgeable and professional in doing their job. I would definitely recommend them.

Furnace went out called diversified in the morning and they came before noon that day and had it fixed the next day!! Very reasonably priced, definitely will use again if we have any other issues. Thank you Diversified!!
