If you are looking for someone to not only get your furnace up and running but also teach you how it runs and how to properly care for it Bill and his son do a great job. Took 30 minutes out of their service call to explain how the furnace runs, what was wrong, why it was wrong and how to prevent it from happening again. Not to mention they were the only HVAC company open at 3:30 on a Saturday (they made it to my house by 4:30).

Bill was absolutely fantastic at making sure my gas furnace ended up working. He walked me through everything over the phone without having to even come out here. So very friendly also, highly recommend!

Very prompt and professional! Extremely honest and very affordable! After one company charged an arm and a leg to inspect my furnace and told me it was safe to use I had to call a second company because it wasn't working properly and they told me my furnace needed a $1000 in repairs! I called Diversified Heating and Cooling and they came and repaired it for a fifth of what the others demanded and fixed it right! Thank you Diversified Heating and Cooling for being honest and true to your profession 😁!

Am so thankful to diversified heating and cooling. I had a company that told me I would need a HOLE new furnace in minutes. Went about a month with using space heaters. Until my grandfather had me get a second opinion. I have 5kids not a lot of money. I called them up. They came the next day and took their time and find out I just need a part. They made sure to explain and insure me that I just need a part and NOT a HOLE system. They saved my family and I so much money.

We recently moved back to the area to a house we have owned for 15 years. This house still had the original furnace (59 years old) and no A/C. We moved in first week of August and Bill, Matt and the guys worked hard to get us A/C as soon as possible. They replaced and disposed of that old beast of a furnace. They were great ... very polite, professional and kept us informed each step of the way and cleaned up when they were finished. Affordable, responsive, reliable ... good guys. And they were great with our skittish (previously abused) dog! Thanks guys!

Bill (hope I remembered the name right) was very helpful on a Saturday. My start capacitor went out and no where else was open to buy one. Bill was kind enough to meet me at his shop and get me set up. I'll be calling him again if something else goes wrong that I can't address myself.

When the furnace was blowing cold air I called and they were there within a hour... Had it fixed within half hour of being here.
