I recently had sump exterior drainage issue. The company was quick to respond. It was suggested a high pressure line be used to clear our debris; it worked at first but then the line got stuck due to a potential broken line. We were then quoted an additional $4,149 which didn’t guarantee the problem would be fixed. We decided to seek further expertise and at that point the technician was more worried about getting his stuck equipment out then fixing our problem. The other technician tried to take care of me due to being an 11 year service member but in my opinion the owner didn’t feel the same way. It was a 2 hour minimum for which they were here 45 minutes and got their equipment stuck which prevented them from finishing the job. I understand problems happen but the response I got back from the technician was that I didn’t agree with the quote so at that point all he was worried about was when I could dig out his equipment. The company is sufficient but lacked in consideration. I rarely write reviews but feel individuals should seek further opinion before making a large investment with this company. I appreciate their work but find it difficult to recommend this company to friends and family.
I had Rob from A&J Plumbing at my house this past weekend for a leak under my sink. After he had left, my sink started leaking. After contacting customer service, they were very rude tried to pass the blame onto me. After requesting Rob to come back and fix the leak, they set up a time for him to come out and he never shows up. Waste of over $400. Do not go with this Plumbing service for any Plumbing work that you need.
Charles Alexander did an amazing job for my sister. She had accidentally lost her ring in the plumbing and he retrieved it for her. He was kind and polite and explained everything. She would recommend him to everyone. Thank you Charles for getting her ring back. You deserve a raise
On Saturday I called AJ Plumbing to have my laundry plumbing repaired. On Sunday, Rob showed up to my door with a great and welcoming attitude. Not only did he do an exceptional job on the repair, but he was very informative on additional repairs I was looking to have completed, and provided great customer service/interaction. Overall, the process of getting someone to come out on short notice to the completion of the service- to include an affordable price- was exceptional. I plan on making Rob and AJ Plumbing a long term service provider.
$507.96 for about one hour A&J plumber at my house yesterday. I feel really stupid for agreeing to that price, especially because the problem was not fixed, as today same problem. Toilet not flushing, shower not draining. Well called A&J this A.M. and asked to speak to a manager because same problem...toilet bubbles when I use shower, and it won't flush, and shower backs up. No return phone call and manager went home! 0 stars to A&J. Hope I don't have to take legal action, in any case have no toilet to use. Thanks to A&J.
