Servpro was absolutely wonderful and super helpful when we experienced pretty significant water damage in the home. They made the process so smooth and completely understood all of our concerns. They were able to answer and explain everything to me when I had questions. Would definitely use them again. Rick and Randy were super easy to get ahold of if needed and talk to.

Rick, our project manager was very responsive, keeping us up to date and communicating constantly, and answering all of our questions with care. His team, Jesse and Brandon are some of the hardest working young men. They ripped out our subfloor on a day with a feels like temperature of 105 degrees with no air conditioning and never stopped working. I appreciate this team and all the did to respond to a difficult situation. I HIGHLY recommend serve pro for their promptness, communication, quality equipment, communication, and work ethic!

Jacob and his team did a great job at our mold remediation project. They were professional throughout, kept us updated as they worked, and cleaned up when done. Highly recommend!

We came home to a flooded kitchen and basement on a Sunday afternoon. We knew right away that this was more than we could handle. Our insurance company gave us two companies to call for service. Choosing Servpro was a good choice. Randy called me and said give his guys an hour and they will be there to start the cleanup process. Rick and Jakob showed up and did an amazing job mitigating the situation and were thorough and honest. Rick came every day to check the drying process. We did end up having Servpro Construction remove all our lower cabinets so Jakob and crew could remove remaining floor underneath that wouldn’t dry. The Construction crew was amazing also and careful not to damage kitchen cabinets, etc. I would highly recommend ServPro for any of your flood cleanup, etc.

Jess, Tony, Isa, and Austin were phenomenal to work with—so kind, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure everything was taken care of. It’s clear this company values its customers. I’d highly recommend them for any home issue!

Premo’s Exterior Cleaning used serve pro and they did and Dylan was so chill. It would be nice to know what they charged before we get charged so I guess that’s the only thing I’d change. Still 5 star. Thanks guys

Adam with SP construction, Mullet Jakob, and TJ are LIFE SAVERS. I have used them for years. They are quicker than every emergency board up in all of Grand Rapids. We had water damage in our home due to a faulty part on our dishwasher. Jakob and Austin arrived the same day we called and quickly got the area opened up and dried out. Rick and Dante came by the next day to make sure the fans and dehumidifiers were doing their jobs. And Rick came by for the next few days to reposition fans and check moisture levels. The crew were all friendly and professional. I would recommend this ServPro location to anyone. Thank you ServPro.

Had little bit of water in my new house basement and without hesitation Servpro of SW & NW GR showed up within 30 min of the call to extract water and make the clean up a breeze. All around A+ experience. Sean and Dante who did the work were great as well!

Sump pump not working and water backed up into basement overnight! This Servpro team was out the next morning already. Nothing but professional! They removed everything, got fans & dehumidifiers going, worked with insurance adjuster, and respected our property well! I won’t hesitate to call them again! Randy from Serve Pro was very helpful when we experienced a leak in the restroom! He responded to our initial call on a Friday evening, gave instructions for immediate action, then came on Saturday morning to access the situation further. He set up some fans and assisted us with drying out the space and giving us further instructions for repairs. We were able to handle the repairs due to the quick action on the part of Serve Pro! Highly recommend!

We had a sump pump fail and the guys at Serve Pro could not have gotten here quicker or responded faster! 10 stars from start to finish. Everybody we interacted with from Randy to Rick to Dylan and to the two guys that helped set up all the fans and tear out all the old padding, you guys are awesome! Highly, highly recommend! But I don’t want to see these guys anytime soon 🥴😆🤪

We recently experienced a water line break on our first floor and water found its way through our floor and vents into our finished lower level. 4 rooms plus a bath and a storage area were affected. No more than 45 minutes after I called, Jess and Tony arrived with a crew of guys to start the clean out and drying out of our home. They spent approximately 4 hours that evening getting equipment installed and running to get rid of the water, moisture, and eliminate the potential for mold.

Jess called and was here every morning for the following 5 days to check that all equipment was operating properly and that progress was being made and finally when fully dry, all equipment was removed. On the final day they sent out an estimator who was friendly and helpful to start assessing the damage and writing an estimate for our insurance company. He answered all questions we had.

While this is just the mitigation phase, the service levels provided by Jess, Tony and their team was second to none. Angie, who answered the phone started the process and was so friendly, courteous and reassuring. I can’t say enough great things about all of them. For us they were a true blessing to work with and we look forward to having them do our reconstruction work as well. They have made this experience much more tolerable than we ever expected.

John and George came out to the condo I just purchased and did a remarkable job! Not only did they do a fantastic job, but they also fixed some torn-up places in the carpeting!!
About a week after they were out here cleaning, my Golden Retriever messed with a skunk late at night. I was out of town on a Friday, and I called Rachel at 3:30pm and John was there by 4:15! He cleaned and DE skunked my carpeting and finished up around 6:15-6:30! The place was void of any skunk smell!! I cannot say enough about the great customer service and of course saving me from a stinky condo all weekend!!! I highly recommend Fiber ProTector of West Michigan!!!
