Our hot water heater broke down and we woke up to water soaked carpet in our finished lower level. Servpro came out and took care of our problem and saved us from more damage. We were very pleased with their great service.

Back in November our house flooded from a water line to our toilet bursting. Servpro was out that night and stayed until early in the morning ripping out our floors, drywall, and drying our house. After the initial crew left, we were put in touch by Servpro with Brian from SP construction. Brian, Adam, and Jesse from Servpros construction team were absolutely amazing. There ended up being over $40,000 in damages. 2 bathrooms were toast and our entire kitchen. They were there everyday and made a super bad situation better and helped with our insurance claim. Definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everyone at Southwest MICHIGAN Servpro was extremely helpful. They were very compassionate as we delt with our house fire. Everyone was very helpful and willing no matter the ask. Joyce was especially great to work with. She was always there with a smile on her face and willingness to do anything we needed.

Work quite closely with Kyle Davies and I couldn’t be happier. Our house was hit by a tornado, and Servpro worked quite closely with us and the insurance company. I highly recommend Servpro and Kyle to work with. They went above and beyond my expectations. Five stars is not enough to give to this company and the team who helped us get back to normal.

Right before Christmas, we had a significant leak. Servpro came right away and made everything nice and easy. They constantly checked in on us, and even went above and beyond when additional damage was found. Thank you so much for all you did!

Context: I had water damage in a chunk of my kitchen and living room. They had to remove all of the cabinets and a *large* chunk of the drywall for this job (maybe 20'x8').

These folks were absolutely great. Randy and Brian were SO easy to work with, very responsive, professional, and the friendliest guys in the world. Those were the big-wigs I worked with and they were amazing, but they don't deserve all the credit -- different Brian(?) and Adam were also amazing. The mudding guy... sorry I don't remember your name, but you did an awesome job, too! He knew his craft and paid great attention to detail.

I'm dumb as a brick when it comes to this type of thing, but I was 100% confident when I told them to do whatever they think is the best choice, they would make it look good. They did NOT choose "What will get us the most money?" they went with what was best.

The line-by-line itemization made it easy to see where your money is going. I'll be frank, $70 seems like a lot to disconnect a smoke detector so I did some of that myself, and yeah, something like $300 seems like a lot to repaint a ceiling, but the quality job they did and the "Sit back and relax" way they did it was 100% worth it.

This company went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you all so much. I cannot recommend them enough.

Kyle Davies really came through for me after a re-install was done incorrectly on my kitchen counter, cabinets, and drawers by someone else. Polite, professional ... outstanding customer service sets this company apart from all others. Great job, highly recommend!

I had an appointment for ServaPro to come and finalize the quote and to clean my house of a fiberglass infestation from a bed I got from nectar. They called me before they were supposed to show up and told me that they all ready Quoted the residence a few months ago and told me I have to pay $150 and then told me they won't even touch the property without my landlord's permission which he already gave them permission to clean the property. Don't know who I talked to over the phone but she was extremely rude and condescending. Now I have to wait even longer to have a different company come out.

EDIT: It was not stated to me in the phone call that $100 of the $150 would be put towards the cleaning and when I first called and made the appointment I was never told about the $150 fee in the first place. They told me that they would be able to come out and adjust the quote and we would go from there And then right before the scheduled appointment time I get a call telling me that there's no need for them to come and quote me because there was already a quote in November which I already knew about and should have been in the notes or whatever system you guys use.

ServPro is an excellent company if you need water mitigation. The staff is professional, well trained, knowledgeable and personable.
They were able to get to our home promptly to help. I highly recommend ServPro.

I noticed a leak in my bathroom ceiling, that is right below our upstairs bathroom. I was recommended to ServePro of S and NW GR by our plumber. I called and they came over immediately to help me turn off the water to the upstairs toilet. They took care and time to talk me through what all may need to be done, including how to work through insurance claims. They turned an incredibly stressful (and potentially very expensive) event into an incredibly manageable one. From their customer service skills, to the actual work on the bathroom, I have only praise and thanks. We absolutely recommend using them if needed, we certainly will again!

We had a flood in our basement & it was 5p on a Friday! ServePro was there in less than 2 hours to removed the wet carpet & pad and get fans on to save our drywall! They were respectful, and did an amazing job. We had all the fans, dehumidifier & ionizer until Tuesday & they came to check the progress everyday except Sunday! Highly recommend this company!

Mike of Servpro gave a presentation in a group that I attend, and he shared that a $5 spout cover would protect from a majority of the pipe bursts that they see toward the end of winter. I have never heard of these, and I was impressed that they care more about me and preventing damage, than making a buck off my misfortune.

I have worked side by side with many of the members of this team and cannot imagine trusting another company (even another SERVPRO) in my home, with my family. Their prices are honest and fair, but knowing we are in good hands means SO much more than the dollars.

Very impressive work from Jakob & Josiah as they tore out water damaged walls and ceilings from a roof leak

We woke up to find the waterline to our refrigerator broke and there was water all over our laminate kitchen floor. One call to Servpro and Joyce & Randy showed up within 15 minutes (we live nearby)! After an inspection—including finding damage to the basement ceiling that we hadn’t noticed—the crew showed up within an hour, removing damaged flooring and starting the industrial fans. The follow up was excellent and they set me up with a painter to repair the walls and ceiling. Thanks Joyce for taking such good care of us and making a very frustrating situation a lot less stressful!
