Had little bit of water in my new house basement and without hesitation Servpro of SW & NW GR showed up within 30 min of the call to extract water and make the clean up a breeze. All around A+ experience. Sean and Dante who did the work were great as well!

Our washer flooded the main floor laundry room and into the basement. Servpro came out quickly and helped with the mess. Everyone, from the office to the technicians, were so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They also helped us by getting the information to our insurance company. I highly recommend using Servpro!

They were wonderful! We found flooding in our basement and didn't know what to do. We called Servpro, and someone answered on their emergency line immediately. Randy came out to do a moisture inspection the next day. He was amazing. He was professional, thorough, and kind. Just the person you would want to show up in an unexpected and stressful situation.

Serve Pro did a great job for me. They responded very fast, and helped us with flooding at my Jenison home. I met 3 team members the first day, and they gave me the confidence I needed, reassuring me I would be taken care of. The 2 guys that pulled up my Pergo floor were awesome. So friendly!
Rick was at my house every day checking on the progress of drying. He was very informative, and observed an additional issue I was not aware of with some water damage in the basement. Sump pump not working and water backed up into basement overnight! This Servpro team was out the next morning already. Nothing but professional! They removed everything, got fans & dehumidifiers going, worked with insurance adjuster, and respected our property well! I won’t hesitate to call them again! Randy from Serve Pro was very helpful when we experienced a leak in the restroom! He responded to our initial call on a Friday evening, gave instructions for immediate action, then came on Saturday morning to access the situation further. He set up some fans and assisted us with drying out the space and giving us further instructions for repairs. We were able to handle the repairs due to the quick action on the part of Serve Pro! Highly recommend!

We had a sump pump fail and the guys at Serve Pro could not have gotten here quicker or responded faster! 10 stars from start to finish. Everybody we interacted with from Randy to Rick to Dylan and to the two guys that helped set up all the fans and tear out all the old padding, you guys are awesome! Highly, highly recommend! But I don’t want to see these guys anytime soon 🥴😆🤪

We recently experienced a water line break on our first floor and water found its way through our floor and vents into our finished lower level. 4 rooms plus a bath and a storage area were affected. No more than 45 minutes after I called, Jess and Tony arrived with a crew of guys to start the clean out and drying out of our home. They spent approximately 4 hours that evening getting equipment installed and running to get rid of the water, moisture, and eliminate the potential for mold.

Jess called and was here every morning for the following 5 days to check that all equipment was operating properly and that progress was being made and finally when fully dry, all equipment was removed. On the final day they sent out an estimator who was friendly and helpful to start assessing the damage and writing an estimate for our insurance company. He answered all questions we had.

While this is just the mitigation phase, the service levels provided by Jess, Tony and their team was second to none. Angie, who answered the phone started the process and was so friendly, courteous and reassuring. I can’t say enough great things about all of them. For us they were a true blessing to work with and we look forward to having them do our reconstruction work as well. They have made this experience much more tolerable than we ever expected.
