Was very happy with the service from Randy and his crew. I had a fairly complex mold mitigation project which involved progressive demolition and discovery. Randy's team was polite and thorough and their price was reasonable.

Rick was excellent. Came quickly to setup fans and dehumidifiers on multiple levels of our house when the dishwasher leaked. Came back daily to check moisture progress. Connected us with a local contractor to assist with new flooring. Great communication and very efficient process. Thanks to ServePro SW Grand Rapids!

The ServPro team responded to my early morning call immediately, removed the water, cataloged the damage for my insurance, and likely saved me from more severe mold damage. They were kind and professional throughout and eased our minds during a stressful time. I cannot recommend them enough.

Had a unfortunate incident and called serv pro the dispatcher sent Jesse and Brandon to start the process. The were top notch and did the necessary removal of carpet and padding and insulation to start the drying process. Rick came over to check the machine's and how they were doing. All were very professional and got right to business. If you need assistance don't hesitate to call the you will be pleased.

We called Servpro the morning we woke up to water flooding our basement from an issue with our well. They were able to come out that morning and start tearing our carpet padding and drying out the basement. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Rick, the project manager, explained everything and was very attentive. He was awesome to work with and I would 100% recommend them to anyone!

Servpro is a wonderful company! I used them before when we had a basement full of water. I’ll never call anyone else. We had cracked outside spigot that flooded a portion of of our finished basement, and of course on July 4th. Called Randy and he sent Dillon and Dante out on a holiday. They cleaned up water, removed wet carpet pad and wet baseboards and drywall. Very courteous, clean and polite. Set up fans and dehumidifier and Rick and Toby came out regularly to check process until completely dry. Cleaned everything up, filed invoice directly to insurance and gave me a card and rec for someone who can help with drywall and finishing. What else do you need in a very stressful situation. I recommend 100%.

Servpro was absolutely wonderful and super helpful when we experienced pretty significant water damage in the home. They made the process so smooth and completely understood all of our concerns. Rick, our project manager was very responsive, keeping us up to date and communicating constantly, and answering all of our questions with care. His team, Jesse and Brandon are some of the hardest working young men. They ripped out our subfloor on a day with a feels like temperature of 105 degrees with no air conditioning and never stopped working. I appreciate this team and all the did to respond to a difficult situation. I HIGHLY recommend serve pro for their promptness, communication, quality equipment, communication, and work ethic!

Jacob and his team did a great job at our mold remediation project. They were professional throughout, kept us updated as they worked, and cleaned up when done. Highly recommend!

We came home to a flooded kitchen and basement on a Sunday afternoon. We knew right away that this was more than we could handle. Our insurance company gave us two companies to call for service. Choosing Servpro was a good choice. Randy called me and said give his guys an hour and they will be there to start the cleanup process. Rick and Jakob showed up and did an amazing job mitigating the situation and were thorough and honest. Rick came every day to check the drying process. We did end up having Servpro Construction remove all our lower cabinets so Jakob and crew could remove remaining floor underneath that wouldn’t dry. The Construction crew was amazing also and careful not to damage kitchen cabinets, etc. I would highly recommend ServPro for any of your flood cleanup, etc.

Jess, Tony, Isa, and Austin were phenomenal to work with—so kind, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure everything was taken care of. It’s clear this company values its customers. I’d highly recommend them for any home issue!

Premo’s Exterior Cleaning used serve pro and they did and Dylan was so chill. It would be nice to know what they charged before we get charged so I guess that’s the only thing I’d change. Still 5 star. Thanks guys

We had water damage in our home due to a faulty part on our dishwasher. Jakob and Austin arrived the same day we called and quickly got the area opened up and dried out. Rick and Dante came by the next day to make sure the fans and dehumidifiers were doing their jobs. And Rick came by for the next few days to reposition fans and check moisture levels. The crew were all friendly and professional. I would recommend this ServPro location to anyone. Thank you ServPro.
