I have brought a rug there twice for cleaning and they have done an excellent job! I like that they text you when ready for pick up. I would highly recommend.

We called Colin to inquire about custom cutting high quality rug pads. Not only did they have the in stock, Colin cut six pads with a few hours after we called. Super fast, very reasonable!

We have been customers of Hagopian, in Detroit, Ann Arbor, and now Kentwood for decades. No matter what the size, or the price of our rugs, the service and pristine results are second to none. Being residents of Austin, Texas for 30 years, we always shipped or brought our rugs to Hagopian when we visited northern Michigan in the summer. Based on all of the above, we can state without hesitation, that Colin in Kentwood is the best of the best!

Colin was excellent! He even stayed late on a Thursday night so I could pick up my rug and cushions. Well done and most appreciated!!

Hagopian did an amazing job of repairing and cleaning my Oriental rugs. They also sell beautiful rugs at great prices.

I had two rugs cleaned here and didn't realize how dirty they were until they were cleaned, amazing!! They know how to clean, repair, and protect even antique hand woven wool rugs. Knowledgeable staff, prompt service. I wasn't buying, but they do have a huge selection of new rugs of all kinds in store if you are shopping...

Excellent customer service, extremely careful and thoughtful about the rugs and their cleaning. No one does it better than Hagopian. I have used their services for years and would not go anywhere else. Really well trained staff who know their business!! Thank you!!

I really wanted to give a five star. The associate at the store in Grand Rapids Michigan was stellar. However the place where the rugs actually get cleaned was not great. Just make sure you are communicating often and things should go well. Note: they have beautiful rugs for sale. Check it out!

If I could give this business 10 stars I would give them 11, let me tell you why. we have a beautiful pink area rug and we have five dogs, senior dogs. They have much difficulty making it outside. we had this rug for over a year and it became a bit too much for me to handle, it would just soak up the pee. so we sent it to hagopian. they came they picked it up. they helped me move the furniture. they did not complain about the smell. they took it away and a couple weeks later they brought it back Smelling 10 times better than the day that we got it. NO DOG SMELL AT ALL, completely gone!!!! I have a super sniffer so I would smell it if it had Any. it’s like we have a brand new rug.
honestly I had expected them to call us and tell us that there was nothing they could do to save it . The delivery man carried up the stairs by himself and laid it out. needed it almost no help whatsoever if you’re looking for a place to send your beloved rug don’t take it anywhere else

Colin was very helpful. He knew what kind of cleaning process would be done, He was pleasant to work with, reguarding issues with the cat urine. I have not opened the rugs because the weather here is nasty. I want to be able to open the rugs when my grand kids come to help me place it on the floor. I will let you know if There are any problems.

We brought in our rug to get it cleaned but little did we know it would get CLEANED! Total refresh. First of all we forgot how white the rug used to be and secondly it’s much more bouncy than when we brought it in. Totally like new and totally recommend.

Hagopian has cleaned several wool carpets for us, And we have purchased new, And continue to go back because they do a great job!

Colin was great help at the counter and the results on the rug and new pads for our rugs were great.

I'm a second generation Hagopian customer and am very pleased with the recent rug restoration they did for me. Knowledgeable and helpful staff, both in GR and at the main facility. And pricing was extremely competitive. Also, this is THE place to get proper rug pads.

Great service to repair a rug (2 fringe ends replaced and restitched the other 2 ends). Colin taught me about rugs and repairs, and our rug now looks better than new for a very reasonable price. We will be back soon.

First time using them, chose based on reviews, and very pleased. They got heavy stains out of the hand-knotted wool persian rug I got from an antique sale and they repaired the deteriorated fringe and it looks great! Pricing was fair, very responsive, and I plan to bring two other rugs to them now for cleaning because I'm so pleased
