Grateful to Colin, Brandon, and especially Ahmed M for renewing my favorite possession. Purchased years ago in Instanbul the rug was ruined by a "reputable cleaner" in St Louis. Then, when living in Los Angeles, I paid a significant fee to refurbish the rug. It still smelled awful and the colors were muddied beyond hope. I considered disposing the rug. After moving to Michigan, I turned to Hagopian. They understood what was needed. To my great joy, Ahmed M meticulously restored it very close to it's original charm!

I wish I’d take before and after photos because I don’t think words can do this justice. We have a large, white and gray, fairly high pile rug. With 5 kids and 2 dogs it may have been a questionable purchase but we really liked it. Needless to say from above information it needed to be cleaned before our daughter’s open house. We had it cleaned by a popular in home carpet cleaning service and it made no difference. After a searching for something different we found Hagopian and the results were shocking. Our rug looked like brand new. We live in Kalamazoo and they are about an hr from us but the drive was totally worth it. Highly recommended! We will be going back the next time it needs a good cleaning! Worth every penny.

I took a second hand 9 x 13 hand-knotted wool rug to the Grand Rapids Hagopian store that was extremely dirty, pet stained and red (? wine )stained. I was told there was no guarantee that all the stains could be removed. I decided to see what could be done and I was AMAZED at the outcome. The rug was transported to the Detroit area plant to be cleaned. I payed for cleaning, sanitizing and chemical stain treatment. It was well worth the cost which I felt was reasonable, especially in light of the fabulous outcome! Communication with all the employees I dealt with (Colin at the Grand Rapids store & Brandon Stain removal Manager at the Detroit area plant ) was excellent. I have a rug that looks like a new rug! I would HIGHLY recommend Hagopian to anyone needing quality rug cleaning services!

Recently had a 30 year old Turkish rug cleaned and repaired by Hagopian. They did a wonderful job cleaning. Also repaired some previous damage and rebound the rug. Good communicators! Good work!

Can’t recommend them enough! Very kind and knowledgeable. They have removed coffee and cat vomit out of my rugs. They look like new!

We brought our living room large oriental rug to be cleaned. We had spilled coffee with cream on it. The stain was removed and the entire rug cleaned. I just picked it up today. It looks beautiful! It was done much earlier than we expected. I will definitely go back and refer my friends. Colin was very knowledgeable and helpful at the Grand Rapids location.

Colin helped my wife and I get our oriental rug cleaned and the fringe bound. The rug, which had been in use for 30 years, came back looking like new! Colin also helped us buy another rug, as well as new pads for all of our rugs. His service was fast and excellent.

We brought in two heavily darkened machine-made oriental rugs that had not been cleaned for 20-years. Let’s just say they were deeply brown… the kind of thing you don’t really notice all the time when the color of the rug was brown originally… but after 20 years we finally noticed and needed to get them cleaned. They came back so light and bright. It was shocking (in the best way). Definitely will not wait 20-years until the next cleaning, it these people are SO GOOD - SO GOOD at what they do.

I enjoyed working with Colin. He seemed really down to earth and genuine. He answered our questions, explained how the different cleaning processes work and was totally transparent with us about everything.
Our rug had never been professionally cleaned in 7 years. It was quite dirty, dingy and had many pet urine stains left by a puppy in training. When I got my rug back, it looked like the day I bought it! Fluffy, soft, deodorized, and CLEAN! The rug was done on time and the cost was less than buying a new rug. Highly recommend!

I have always appreciated Hagopian’s fine service and keen attention to detail. My special area rugs were cleaned and prepped for storage while we endured a lengthy new construction process. After 2 1/2 years, I unwrapped my rugs and was amazed by how incredibly pristine and perfect they all looked. My rugs have never been so clean and intensely colorful.
I have had several new rugs reduced in size by the Repair Department, and again, the attention to detail and fine service blew me away! We are truly lucky to have this fine business available to all Michigan clients.

We purchased a vintage rug online, and we discovered upon receipt that it had a funny smell. Hagopian cleaned it well, and the musty smell is long gone. (Thankfully!!)

Have used multiple times! Will go back again. Service is very professional, quality of work fantastic cleaned all spots out!!

Turn around can be a bit long if you don’t hit the ship out day, have to wait for the following weeks pick up. It is worth the wait!!
