We had a 13 year old sisal rug that had never been cleaned. It was the first thing that people walked on (including us) coming in the front door! So filthy…I contemplated buying a new one but decided to try cleaning it first.

Colin at Hagopian was extremely helpful and we are satisfied with both a rug repair and a rug cleaning. Would highly recommend and use again.

Took a 30+ year old oriental rug to be cleaned for the first time. The cleaning was way over due, and they did an excellent job. The cleaning and new pad Colin recommended have given the rug new life. So worth the price!

My rug looks brand new, I paid $$$$ for the rug in the early 90's. I love it so much but after more than 30 years it needed repairs and cleaning. We could not be more thrilled with the results! Thank you for bringing it back to it's full glory.

I had two of my oriental carpets cleaned and repaired. They did an excellent job. Next week I will have them clean and repair an 8 foot runner and have two others cleaned.

He explained everything patiently, answered all my questions fully and without a doubt, I would trust Colin and this company to clean your rugs. We took 7 or so of our area rugs to be cleaned, and each one--without exception--came back beautifully. This is a great rug cleaning service, with great customer service, and with a price to go with it....I wouldn't go any where else.
