Clean Team is attentive to job needs. The management team does weekly, monthly, and quarterly checks to make sure their team is addressing important issues and to make sure they are on track with your everyday expectations. They go out if their way to help even when there are last minute things that need to be addressed.

Clean Team has done an amazing job working in our preschool area. As part of a church preschool counts on “Mr Manny” to tidy-up after us before church activities. We eat lunch at preschool so Mr Manny always has more than he bargained for on the floors. He always does a great and complete job of cleaning our classrooms and id supportive of some odd special requests from time to time. Our preschoolers even write him thank you cards.

Lisa and her team do a fantastic job making sure our facility is clean and organized.
Very attentive to any requests for special customer visits, and ensures everything looks great. They are even willing to come in and clean on a Saturday if I give them a few days notice.

Very professional and responsive with a quick turnaround time. They took precautions to protect the rest of the house while cleaning (wore booties and placed corner guards). Kitchen, restrooms, and carpet looks great!

Update: I need to clarify in my review; I did not have red stains in my carpet. I stated the stains were regular ones and not bad like kool aid or wine. Those were examples I gave. After the cleaning was done, I could not see the stains resurfacing that same day, until the carpet was completely dried almost 2 days later.

I am in the process of selling my house. It was crunch time, when my house was going to be listed. A couple of days before it was going to be listed, I was calling around looking for a reputable carpet cleaner. I came across Lucid Cleaners & they were able to come out in 2 hours. They were very prompt & courteous & fast. But only after one day, after they cleaned (morning of my 1st open, house), I noticed the stains that I was most concerned about were back. Especially a rather large one. They weren't major stains that would've come from (example) red kool aid, wine, etc. They were just regular stains. I couldn't do anything about it. So today, I had to treat and attempted to remove those stains with alot of elbow grease, with a cleaning machine. The stains are coming out but I did have to treat those separately, with a hand attachment from the machine. There was so much dirt and muddy looking water that also came out of the carpet. If there is a next time, I will let those carpet cleaners know, please give extra attention to the stains I was concerned about. I'm sorry but not worth it, only because I had to go over those stains again .

BEST cleaning service EVERRRR!!! I called last minute to see if they could squeeze me in before we had family visiting. They were super accommating, and very friendly! The cleaning job was superb, and she went above and beyond to help me. Also, they use a lot of natural cleaning products, so my house smelled AMAZING!! THANKS AGAIN SO MUCH!! I will be scheduling a regular cleaning with Lucid from now on! You will not be disappointed!

Daniel did some carpet cleaning for us in July to prepare for our Son and family visit in August. I placed a review then on how impressed I was with how he cleaned our very good but very old carpeting. After the family arrived and there was more activity and excitement in our home Grandpa spilled a glass of red wine on the carpet. I tried to get it out but to no avail. I called Daniel and told him I needed help. He came and removed the stain for me. It has been 2 days and the stain is still gone. I would highly recommend Lucid Clean, they know what to use and my carpets are not soaked to the floor boards after he was finished. I will never use anyone else and I have tried all the ones that have been around forever. I can easily give them a five star rating.

We needed a last minute carpet cleaning to stage our house to sell. The people at Lucid Cleaning were responsive, accomodating, and very friendly. The service they provided was outstanding. Our carpets look brand new. They're very thorough with their work, and reasonably priced! If you live in the Grand Rapids area and you need cleaning services, do yourself a favor and call Lucid Clean. You will not be disappointed!

Have only had our first clean, but so unbelievably impressed with the quality of the work. Our cleaning tech had a hell of a job here and she really did it. The house now looks spectacular and I really feel she went above and beyond — folding blankets and arranging items on tabletops, for example. We are really grateful for her help and look forward to continuing to work with these folks!

We love Sparkle and Shine. We've had Ericka doing cleans for us for awhile and most recently Laura came out and both have been fantastic. We appreciate the good communication from the office and how willing they've been to work with us if we need to cancel one week or change anything. The house always looks so nice now.

Sparkle and Shine came in, in a clutch! We were trying to prepare for the birth of our first child, thinking it’d be nice to have a clean home to come home to, we enlisted the help of Sparkle and Shine who sent the amazing Haily who did an absolutely incredible job. Working around our dogs, my parents and the fact that we had the birth timing moved up. Sparkle and shine were kind enough to assist in rescheduling and taking care of everything. I cannot recommend them and their services, highly enough.
