Called after he was late asking if i still needed a plumber. From the time he arrived it seemed like he didnt want to do the work than price was more than other quotes i had gotten didnt have any work done so i cant speak to the work they do

I called Downriver Plumbing with an emergency, the technician came out within an hour. He went and got all the supplies, fixed my water tank and cleaned up as if he was never here. His price was cheaper than the other quotes I got too. I’m so glad I found them. Thank you, will use again.

This is the third time I called Ken at Downriver Plumbers. This time I didn't ask for a price on the repairs. They came right out fixed the needed repairs with a honest price. Ken even went down to the store to get replacement parts. I gave Downriver Plumbers a 5 star review. Needless, to say I will call Downriver Plumbers again.

we had a sewer line burst, from word of mouth i called this company. I was glad i did, Paul came out, very nice man and knows his you know what! Showed us what the problem was and what it took to fix it. gave us a quote which was a very fair price. Did a great job. So when you need a plumber, call this company.

I cannot day enough good things about this company. I have been trying to get a reputable plumber out here for a week and a half for a flood issue. Then my basement floods again. Out of everyone I contacted which was almost everyone in my immediate area.... these guys were the most prompt and professional. Everyone is flooded and they still found a way to get me in first thing and resolve my issue to my expectations. I am quite impressed. They explain everything to where you can really understand and give you good idea of the potential issues and a break down of each costs. Fairly reasonably priced I’d have to say! They don’t try to sell you on what you don’t need either. They were in and out within a half hour! I wish I would have contacted these guys over a week ago! Thank you guys so much!

While in a pinch for a specific part, and calling around I spoke to Ron. While he didn't have it in stock, he knew exactly what I was looking for and provided me a list of other stores to try, no questions asked. The epitome of excellent customer service!

I was having issues with a GROHE shower system. Arrived within the timeframe promised. Brady and Don were very curteous and very knowledgeable. Explaining what they were doing and didn’t mind me asking questions.thank you for a job well done.

This is a fantastic store. The sign reads "hard to find plumbing parts" and it's 100% true. My go to place now for any aged or antique plumbing. Terrific modern stock as well! A++
