I would not recommend this company for anyone to use. They took advantage of my 79 year old father. He had water coming up in a drain in their basement. This company came out and broke up the basement floor to replace the main drain. Did a terrible job of cementing it back and there is still water issues. They stated they are a plumbing company not a cement company, but all the paperwork stated they would be replacing the cement. When we went to move the washer and dryer back we realized the drain was the highest part of the floor and when we poured water down there it puddled up and didn't even get to the way to high drain. They came out and broke up the floor again and put in another new drain with an even worse cement job. They wanted more money after my parents paid them $4200 for this and my dad told them he wanted to talk to the owner. They have not made any attempt to get back in touch with us and I was told by Cara it is my dads word against her guys and there is nothing they can do. At this point I would not even let them come back to fix the mess, i will be getting a hold of a real company to fix their expensive disaster.

The man, I believe he owns the store, tried to help me find some adapters I needed for a faucet and a dishwasher. We was so polite and professional and took his time looking for what I needed. I didn’t get what I needed because the threads were so different, but I super appreciate kind and professional people they are so hard to find! 10/10 will be going there for all plumbing needs again!

They saved the day. Had a small part that I needed to install a faucet. Otherwise, would have had to order it from manufacturer & wait a week or two to get it. Will definitely go back. Great place for plumbing parts.

I'm not sure if I have reviewed these guys before when they did the plumbing work for my kitchen remodel last year, but I just had them out again to replace a bathroom faucet and it reminded me I should do so. They arrive on time (with a text to let me know they're on their way), get the job done efficiently, and their prices are reasonable. They are always courteous and professional. I will definitely be using them again.

These guys are great! They helped us find the exact part we needed that wasn’t available at several other hardware stores. They made sure we had all the parts and tools needed to make our repair. It was a huge stress relief. We highly recommend them and will definitely be coming back for all our plumbing and repair needs!!!

I went to several places, with no luck finding an older model valve, and was referred to Fort Street Plumbing from another hardware store. They rebuilt my valve and it works like new!!! I have already referred my coworkers to Fort Street Plumbing. Thank you and Great job!!!!

Been doing business with them a while now. They’ve done a couple jobs. Always quality work. My one complaint is last time they did some work for me. They moved something of mine and I wasn’t able to find it for quite some time. They moved it to the back of the location they were working in and I don’t understand why they moved it at all. They also left a few drain covers off. If you move something put it back simple.

WE NEEDED OUR SHUT OFF VALVE REPLACED, BECAUSE WE HAD A LEAK UNDER THE BATHROOM SINK. WE HAD A NEW SINK AND CABINET INSTALLED TOO. COLIN DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND HE WAS VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. I RECOMMEND FORT STREET PLUMBING TO ANYYONE WHO NEEDS PLUMBING WORK.

Fort Street Plumbing did simple maintenance for us (replacing old, corroded boiler drains to our washing machine). They were punctual, extremely friendly, did thorough work (did not just replace the drains but ensured everything around them was clean and the pipes were appropriately secured to the wall), and the price was fair.
