I recently had Mike come out to provide a proposal for our hot tub project. Mike was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough during the process. I was also pleased he was able to accommodate to my schedule. I would highly recommend.

Great company to work with!! I talked to Anita, she knew exactly what I needed, even though I did not know what it was called. She scheduled Mike to come check it out and he had an estimate to me later that afternoon. I contacted again to schedule the service, Anita was very helpful she got it scheduled for the following week. The workers arrived within the schedule window and completed the task quickly! All of this was done very professionally and very quick!! Less than 2 weeks from first contact to completed. Thank you Anita, Mike and everyone at Flat river Electric!

Had a great experience with Flat River Electrical. They installed a Ford EV charger for me in December. Super clean and professional. 6 months later I was having trouble with some settings on the charger. Mike, came out free of charge and adjusted it for me to allow me to charge the car faster. Highly recommend using them for any electrical needs, but especially EV Charger Installation and care.

I had a great experience with Anita at Flat River Electric, after calling the 5 closest resultes near me and not getting ahold of anyone, FRE pulled through. Billy Ray and Landon came out the next day, resolved the problem in a timely manner, answered all of my questions and gave me a quote on some potential future work. They seem like solutions kind of people, would recommend.

I had a great experience with Flat River Electric! We are building an at home sauna and needed some electrical work done. We had multiple contractors stop by but Mike stood out compared to the rest. His professionalism and attention to detail was paramount and influenced our selection greatly. Mike spent over 30 minutes measuring the room, taking notes and engaging in quality conversation with me. Once I decided to move forward with their service, Anita was prompt at getting everything scheduled. And most importantly, Brian and his partner completed the work exactly how I wanted, in a timely manner. Going forward, I won’t be using anyone outside of Flat River Electric!

We had a while house generator installed by another company and they stopped servicing me. I had Flat River Electric out to help me with the move of my hot tub and running new Electric for that. While they were here they asked if the could help me out with doing a tune up and check over on my generator and I said sure. They did that in October of 2024. On March 30 of 2025 we had a storm roll through and knock out my power. My generator started and ran for about 30 minutes then went off. I called Flat River and left a message to hopefully get on the schedule for first thing Monday morning and to my surprise I recieved a call about 10 minutes later from Mike and I explained my situation and he was out within an hour and had me running within an hour of arriving here. Best service ever. Will not be calling any other company for my electrical needs.

My husband and I were very pleased with Flat River Electric. Mike came out for the estimate, was extremely thorough, and provided us with a detailed itemized quote with multiple different options. We got a full-service upgrade, a few GFI outlets installed, and some circuits added to the upstairs. Billy and Grant were very polite, professional, and thorough. They explained any roadblocks that came up due to our old house, let us know about some old joists that need replacing, and did CLEAN work, bringing our service up to the current code. Mike also made sure Consumer's replaced some lines coming into the house for us that were frayed. We are very happy with this company, the office staff is fantastic, and we will use them again in a heartbeat, should the need arise.

Mike and his crew are extremely professional and great to work with. We have had them rerun wires and mount our tv over our fireplace, add new light fixtures, install outlets and remove wiring for our hot tub. They do an excellent job and always stand by their work!

Round 2: we had them back to add theater lighting in both our family room and basement and canned lighting over our bar and throughout the house. Lastly we had them install a chandelier over our stairway. Caleb and Nate knocked it out of the park and did an amazing job, not to mention the 284 crystals Caleb had to put on it. Thanks again for the amazing work!

They came over on an early morning when I lost power. He was able to get the heating working while Consumers came out and fixed a damaged line. Very fast and professional.

Mike and the team at Flat River Electric installed a whole home generator, and some new outlets at our home. He was very thorough during the home visit for a quote. They had financial options if you didn’t want to pay for everything up front. I appreciated his knowledge and willing to give us a reasonable price on the services. I would definitely use them again for any future electric needs at my home.

Anita was always friendly and the techs, Brian and Garth? Did a fantastic job, looks wonderful. Both enjoyable to talk too. Never use anyone else!

They completed a very large electrical update in our very old home (it still had knob and tube). From the first phone call to set up an estimate to the completion of the project, Anita was incredibly helpful, polite, and accommodating. The service tech Billy was knowledgeable, punctual, and very friendly and approachable. They worked and didn’t goof off or take a bunch of breaks like some workers do. The price was fair and the work is quality. I would and will recommend them to anyone who asks me who I would recommend for an electrician.

Mike and his crew are awesome. We had our power go out from the storms and needed to get a generator hookup for the house. Mike came out that day and assessed the situation. He had a guy out the the next day to install a generator hookup for the house. The guy was very professional and never even shut the power off to complete the installation.

We have used Flat River for several projects in the Lowell and Ada area over the past five years. Our first experience was for a full electrical remodel at an older house. Mike and his crew were both prompt and thorough. They worked quickly to get us done on short notice with fair and transparent pricing. Caleb has been back since to help with our swimming pool electrical installation and other smaller jobs as well. They never make us feel like we are in over our head or proposing ridiculous ideas, which we appreciate in a contractor :-) The can-do approach is refreshing!

Flat River installed an EV charger for us today. Everything was done quicker and better than we expected. The whole process took just a few hours and they explained each step. They cleaned up after themselves leaving everything better than when they arrived. Billy and Dwayne were pleasant to work with and very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use Flat River Electric for any future needs. Anita, the scheduler, was also excellent. Called to get a quote for work to be done. My wife spoke with Anita who was beyond rude, making accusatory remarks to my wife and she was hesitant to even work with us stating she was going to need to speak with someone before she could even schedule. When we finally got our quote appointment scheduled, it became nothing more than scare tactics to get us to spend money for unnecessary work we didn't need. Shame, would've been nice to do business, but we got more honest quote and service elsewhere. Do not recommend.

Michael went above and beyond on delivering a phenomenal experience. From workmanship/ execution to customer service all of the above were top notch. Super fair pricing too and right on top of their game with everything

Mike quoted solutions for all of our needs, and Brian helped to take care of them from an EV charger install, to re-wiring a dead junction box for a new Google Nest product and digging a trench to power a lamppost. Polite, professional, and thorough. Would recommend, and will call again!
