I absolutely could not be happier with the service I received. I had a new sprinkler system quoted and installed, brand new, the house had never had one before, so there was nothing in place. The pre-installation consultation was prompt and professional, answering all of my questions about what I was looking for, with helpful suggestions, but no aggressive up-selling. There was one delay in the schedule due to rain, but the new installation day started right on time. The crew was courteous and efficient, respecting my home and my lawn. They even took the time to give my dog pats and skritches when he snuck out the back door to see what was going on.

The system worked perfectly as designed and laid out, with no post-install adjustments necessary. Bill even took my phone and set up my Rachio controller for me. One of the biggest things I noticed was how the crew was not just working like a well-oiled machine, but joking with each other as they did; that is a sure sign of a well-run business, and happy employees. For the amount of damage that a lawn sustains during such an installation, when they left, it was almost like they were never there. Could not be happier, would recommend to anybody, just an extremely positive experience all around, and a high-quality finished product, with attention to detail and very evident pride in workmanship.

5/7 update:
Unfortunately after 4 cancelled appointments I could not get Blue Line to complete the Job we had agreed to. Today I spoke with the owner, Bill, who himself had recovered from COVID-19. Bill explained to me that circumstances were beyond his control, apologized and we mutually agreed to call it quits on my Job.

Honestly, I was ready to write a whole story depicting my experience but figured it'd be too long for anyone to read. Long story short, COVID affected many of their employees and as far as I understood it from Bill, his workforce was drastically cut and he's unable to meet the demand. I would not recommend them in good faith as I don't want someone else to lose valuable time waiting for something that wouldn't be delivered on.

For what it's worth, Bill said he'd keep me in mind if his workforce was back to capacity this season, if I hadn't already found another company to do my job. I believe my rating is fair in lieu of uncontrollable circumstances and my own mixed feelings about the entire situation.

Thanks Bill, hope everything gets better.

I was called immediately and they apologized for the scheduling error, that was super kind of them. The owner Bill (william) came out within the same week and he was very nice and professional and provided me with an excellent quote that nobody else will beat, take my word for it. First impressions are everything and these people couldn't bother to keep my valid appointment or even update me that they decided not to show. That's unprofessional and waste of my time I set aside for them. Definitely will never give them my money

An incredible company to do business with. Technicians ( Tyler and Nick). On time, very professional and thorough. Purchased home a few months ago and knew there was a irrigation system, just couldn’t find any of the 35 plus sprinkler heads and didn’t even know if our system actually worked. They immediately formulated a plan and went to work. Showing me what they were finding and their simple remedies to fix the problems. Very methodical and cost conscious ideas for the customer was evident. True professionals and certainly a benefit to Blueline. Already have them scheduled for fall and spring on/off work. Superstar business with very fair pricing.

I’ve been using Blue Line Irrigation for several years. We recently discovered a leak in a water line under our patio. It looked like it was going to cost us a lot to repair. Our technician, Eric, reviewed the problem and proposed a repair solution that didn’t involve tearing up our patio. The sprinkler system was repaired, upgraded and ready for summer. Would definitely recommend. Great work!

Quick and Professional! We switched to Blue Line Irrigation to winterize our system for the 2018 winter season. They were very friendly, professional and on time! The work was done efficiently, and the employees were very nice and courteous. Also, they explained every step of the process before starting the work. I am looking forward working with Blue Line next year again!

We hired Blueline to install sprinkler system at our house in Royal Oak. Very professional service from start to finish. Bill is great to work with! The yard got completely torn up and I couldn’t believe that at the end you could hardly tell that anything was done because everything was cleaned up and put back together. They even re-planted our floweres! Amazing crew. Polite and very hard working. I would absolutely recommend them!

Everything about this company is outstanding. After 9 years of not using my sprinkler system, they got it running in perfect condition. They came back out when I discovered a broken line due to tree roots. Bypassed the broken pipe and replaced a few of the really old sprinkler heads that went rouge after a months use. Office staff has great customer service skills, technicians who worked on system were kind and thorough. Fees are extremely reasonable. Rarely have I worked with a company that's as wonderful as Blue Line Irrigation.

We've used Blue Line for the past few years for sprinkler maintenance of a system that is over 25 years old and had been patched and cobbled in the past. Blue Line does an trustworthy job of testing and repairing the system. Fair pricing and quality work. We finally decided to invest in a 6 zone irrigation system at our home in Royal Oak and couldn't be more satisfied that we went with Blueline. After having new sod installed we got 4-5 quotes from companies in the area and they were one of the most competitive.

From the start they were always on time - from the appointment for the estimate, install etc. Response time was very quick from their office - usually within an hour or less. Friendly crew, main office and Owner. Text message/email updates of who will be coming and when with their photo.

A full crew completed the install in 1 day by early afternoon, owner on site and very helpful. The cleanup looked good. We went with the wifi setup and Rachio app they installed which has been incredibly fun to use, adjusting automatically via weather and rain. Grass and plants look great.

Having dealt with many contractors and installation companies this was the least stressful experience. The final cost was as quoted, and they were easy to reach post install. If searching, I would save time and go with these guys.

Called to set up an estimate and had the owner out to my house within a few days. He was super knowledgeable and professional while walking me through the ideal sprinkler setup for my yard. Pricing was very fair and I was on their schedule less than two weeks later. Install day was an absolute breeze! Their team handled everything way quicker than expected, the system is user friendly, and everything works flawlessly. If you are looking for a local irrigation company that has fair pricing and an overall great sprinkler installation experience, look no further!

I cannot tell you how pleased I am to have found the people at Bluewater irrigation. I used Wilcox brothers forever and never was pleased, in fact often displeased. I just had the greatest experience with Bluewater and a special mention to Dave and Anthony. They were the best, not only do they know their stuff, but they are a value. I got a chance to speak to them a little bit while they were here and I can tell you I’ve never heard anybody as an employee speaks so highly of their company. That says a lot about the company as well. Bottom line, if you’re looking for someone or anybody to either install repair or design your sprinkler system, these are the people!

I’ve been using blue line for a couple of years now, and every single interaction with them is professional and consistent. Each team that has been out to my house has been super understanding, super patient and explained everything to me before they left. Anytime I’ve had any issues they’ve been fixed immediately. In a world where it’s hard to get anybody on the phone or to even show up ..they are consistently available and helpful.

Blue Line Irrigation is a great company and they really exceeded my expectations. The owner (Bill) came out to assess my system in May and discovered what I felt was a serious break in the line. He came up with a plan and proposal that was more than fair. Within a few weeks he had the tech Keith at my house. They spent all afternoon fixing my system and it's now working great. I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend them and just want people to know that weather delays and pandemic related issues are not their fault. Just be patient with them and you will be very happy.

We love the service here at our Avalon Meadows Condos. The service is so much better than our previous companies. Phone is answered and service visits are handled within a few days every time. Also, we've never had an issue with anything they've worked on. Very reasonable prices for how good they are, too. We'll always keep you guys as long as I'm on the board!!! Thanks ☺️

I love this company! The professionalism and reliability are unmatched by other companies I've dealt with. The prices are reasonable and the staff is so nice and knows. Eric provided great service and informed me of another feature that would benefit me, zuris (I think this is how you spell it). They are small, movable sprinklers perfect for my flowerbeds. Got them today, and I'm so excited! If you aren't using Blueline Irrigation, you should be!

We had an outstanding experience with Blue Line. The phone calls were handled with politeness and courtesy. They worked with us to get to our complicated job. The estimator arrived on time and put together a fair proposal. When the crew arrived, the work they did was spectacular! Everything worked right from the start and we are hard pressed to see where they did the work, even our new landscaping looks undisturbed. No wasted time and the work came in right on price. We’d recommend them without hesitation!

Could not ask for a better irrigation company. From beginning to end they were very easy to work and communicate with. The owner came and quoted and oversaw initial installation. He explained very clearly what was being installed and how to manage the system from my phone. The crew is always polite and professional. When we had the system turned on in the spring, they inspected each head thoroughly and made any repairs and adjustments. We adeed additional heads this year and had the same experience. So happy that another sprinkler guy recommended Blueline to me. I have a larger yard and am in the middle of putting an addition on the back of the house. Blueline was able to work around the other contractors and they weren't even phased when there was a issue with the temporary power source. Completely professional and polite, the entire crew was a joy to work with. Looking forward to completing this project once the addition is complete next spring. Absolutely outstanding! I cannot say enough great things about Blue Line Irrigation. Bill and his team came out ON A SATURDAY to work with my crazy schedule. They were prompt, and their workmanship is second to none! They added a zone and a main line hose bib onto an existing system they put in last year. They hand dug the trenches as well as moved over 45 feet of 8 inch decorative rock and I can hardly tell any work was done. Extremely fair pricing! Don’t bother looking anywhere else, hire Blue Line Irrigation!!
