Great service and rates. I've been using them for about 3 years.

We had an appointment scheduled for 2 weeks out- in the hot season with a busted sprinkler main. After being scheduled for a week they called back and cancelled our appointment stating they no longer service our area.

Any appointment made should be serviced as scheduled. This was a waste of time and extremely unprofessional.

Fast and efficient! I recommend this company. Hard to find people who want to work these days yet these guys are extremely hard workers. Thank you so much.

The best sprinkler company around and awesome employees they all really know what they are doing they do right the first time and don't charge an arm and a leg. The office lady Colleen is so sweet I just love her!!

Staff is great nice they get in do the work do a great job and know there stuff... THIS IS PLACE YOU WANT TO CALL FOR ALL IRRIGATION WORK, REPAIRS/SERVICE, WINTERIZATION ETC!!!!! Owner is a super good guy, there's not one person I know that don't like him!!

Danny and Dave were great. They got my sprinkler system back up and running in no time. It turned out that my system wasn’t as broken as I thought it was. I really appreciated their honesty.

Really rude and unprofessional service, the scheduling lady is arrogant with no respect to time and appointments. Will not recommend to anyone.

“ no body came 3 times, that’s a false statement, front cam showed your tech ringing the bell once and left the door in 3 minutes and your vehicle left my property in 6 minutes, never to be seen again, please at least be honest”

Blue line irrigation did a great job starting my sprinklers. They only charged $40.00. Wilcox irrigation wanted $90.00 to turn on the sprinklers, but Wilcox could not do the start up until June 10th. Blue Line was able to start up the sprinklers on May 27th.

I recommend Blue Irrigation 100%.

Best sprinkler company I have very dealt with. Very friendly and beat all of the competition pricing. Also had them winterize my system and they fixed one of my sprinkler head and the pipe complimentary. I give then a ten out of 5 and would recommend them to anyone!

Trying to get them to give a quote for sprinklers. No show and no call for 2 appointments. Was told Bill was going to call me and never heard from him. They just did my brothers house and I was an easy sale. The woman at the office had excuses and made me feel like this was my problem. 👎🏻👎🏻

Only giving them 5 stars because there is no higher option. Their pricing was competitive and the staff (office, sales, service, and installers) were punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. We've had the system for a few weeks now. It works perfectly and their team is always available with any training questions we have.

Edit: ok, they are in business, they are busy, they took care of my request and scheduled my business for service. Thank you. Now the issue is, no one ever showed up for the service and no one ever called to inform me. Being in Hospitality I fully understand the effects COVID19 has had on the workforce and the lack of it exacerbated by unemployment offering more than most workers were being paid. This is a business and if you can not make a scheduled appointment then the least that should occur is a phone call to the client so they are aware and not waiting around needlessly. I have received a message that they will be out tomorrow, time will tell.

Bill, the owner of Blue Line, installed our new irrigation system in Southfield. I can’t say enough good things about Dave and his crew!! They were prompt, professional, and the quality of the install was exceptional. When they were finished, we never new they were here. Eric and Ian were exceptional and repaired our sprinkler system perfectly. We just moved to the area and had no idea how to operate it. They walked us through everything and were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Will definitely use them in the future!

I cannot say enough good things about blueline irrigation. I've been a customer for four years. They have winterized and open my lawn system during those four years. Recently we had them install a second water meter to save money on our outside water use sewage bill. They did a wonderful job. They are courteous, promot, reasonable and do first class work. Very professional. Very impressed. Very refreshing to do business with a company that is so service oriented and takes pride in their work. I highly recommend them.

This is the first somewhat negative review I’ve ever posted.. for the record, we’ve used Blueline religiously at 2 different houses for the past 14 years, and I can honestly say that they’ve always been great for any sprinkler maintenance needs-never have had any problems whatsoever. We’ve actually recommended their services to family and friends. As fellow business owners ourselves, we wholeheartedly understand that it probably goes without saying that they’re extremely busy, as well as understaffed. That being said I can’t think of any good possible reason to excuse how we were treated last Monday June 7th -had a timeframe window of 11am-2pm for the technician to come turn on our sprinklers, and after 2 o’clock rolled by and no one had shown up, called the office 2 or 3 times with no answer. We were extremely caught off guard by this not knowing whether or not they were only running late-or weren’t coming altogether. Then, it was almost 5:00 and we got an email and a text that the technician was on his way.. so we were pleased that they were still coming, but really really thought a simple phone call to inform us of the delay was in order. After all of this(and missing a day of work), that wasn’t the end of the ordeal.... Nobody ever showed up at all lol!

I must say, I still cannot believe that a reputable business like I believed Blueline to be-would ever have that kind of complete disregard for one of its long-standing customers. Definitely confused by this.

The folks at Blue Line Irrigation are outstanding! Great service and great communications. Blue Line installed a new sprinkler system for me. I am very pleased with it. They made sure everything was perfect for my sprinkler system install. Highly recommend this company! A+++
