Ashley & Brandon did an amazing job spot treating & cleaning the carpet in my bedroom. They were so respectful of my house by putting down runners from the front door all the way back to the bedroom. Called to ask for a rough estimate on how much a 8x10 rug would cost to clean. I let her know I was trying to figure out a price range Example between $100-$500. representative said that she would not be able to quote anything over the phone. Well I'm not lugging a rug in to be told its $1,000 plus. Do better.

Jeremy arrived in a timely manner and proceeded to get to work. He was extremely nice and very professional. He did a great job and also got a difficult stain out of my carpet.

We had a 20’ rug cream colored rug with multiple stains on it that included red wine and pet urine. Chet’s came in, picked up the rug and took it to their cleaning lab. It came back looking like new. All the stains were removed and the rug looked great. Their staff was very friendly and extremely professional. They placed the rug back in its original location, moving furniture and placing it back with preciseness. We will definitely use Chet’s again.
