We've hired Lake State Cleaning two years in a row for cleaning of our exterior vinyl siding and windows, and both experiences have been great! Communication is clear and prompt, prices are very fair, and all of their staff are extremely friendly and professional. We'll continue to work with Lake State Cleaning for years to come!

Great job -- they went beyond the call of duty making sure my screens were back in securely and even cleaning the crud out of my gutter downspouts which was not even part of the window cleaning service. I recommend them very highly as the three gentlemen were very thorough and very respectful of my home

Had them out to clean my gutters again, and I am happy with their work. The guys that came out were super friendly and professional, and they were here on probably the hottest day of the year so far. But, I had several downspouts that were clogged and the water was running over the edge of the gutters as a result. They fixed all of that in short order. I'm sure I will have them back next year. Very good work overall.

I contacted Bryce to get a commercial quote January 2024 but decided to wait until the end of fall. 10 months later I contacted Bryce again and he saved my quote and honored it for me. He was able to get me right away and did a fantastic job. Lake State cleaned 10-2 story apartment buildings with good quality and quickness. I hope to continue Lake State Cleaning.

I have used Lake State Cleaning for cleaning my gutters a few times now. They have always done a great job. I like that they show you pictures when they are done. Would highly recommend.

I had the LSC crew at my property this last Monday, August 4. They arrived on time, introduced themselves, and allowed me to show them the areas of concern around the house. They then put themselves to work and did an excellent job covering not only the gutter cleaning itself; they also helped me with the debris on the roof, and did extensive cleaning in the perimeter of the house. All in all, I am positively surprised with this last, excellent job by LSC's crew, and only hope that the upcoming visits scheduled for this year and next will be equally as professional and above my expectations as this was.

Hello! Lake State Cleaning - I would ABSOLUTELY have this company again! They were fantastic. The guys were here about 8:45am and finished about an hour and a half later. They introduced themselves upon arrival and we walked around the house and chatted about various things. I had the outside of my house all washed and the windows done. They were very efficient and did a great job! Very friendly. Two very personable young men. The house and the windows look incredible. I’m just so so pleased. I would highly recommend them!!!

Anthony and his crew did an excellent job of cleaning gutters and installing gutter guards. They also made sure that the drain lines from the eve troughs were cleaned out. The company has outstanding communication and has reasonable prices for their work. If you want a company/people you can trust this is the one.

Great experience in one stop shopping. The crew washed windows ,removed rust from our brick, cleaned and sealed our aggregate front walk, and cleaned the dryer vent. The crew was friendly and efficient. The price was reasonable. I would highly recommend.

Best gutter cleaning/repair company in town. One of my gutters was detached from the house, Matt and Jacob did an excellent job reattached it. I highly recommend Lake State Cleaning.

Price was very good. Had upper windows cleaned (approx 25 feet). They cleaned with a large water brush, but from the ground level. The windows got cleaned, but there were water spots 1-3 inches up from the bottom of all windows. I asked before starting if they wiped the bottom of the windows, but they said their process would not leave water spots at window bottom. So I had to clean off the water spots because they did not go away upon drying. If you don't care about this one issue then I would recommend this company. The company answers their phone calls with a person, and the crew was very polite.
