I gave it one star because the employee was polite, after he finished cleaning the carpet it looked clean but when it dried out, it showed the spots still there .I contacted the owner he said I have to pay $ 50 more for us to come clean the spots needed to be cleaned in first place, even I send him pictures of the areas but never responded. He also said that I only paid for the basic cleaning, they never offered me anything else, didn't even know I was getting the basic service because nobody told me what was my options. I will never use this company again, be aware and ask what does the cleaning include?

SHOWED UP 2 HOURS LATE
I made a 9am appoint to have my carpet cleaned. They called the previous night stating they would be at my home between 9-10am. The morning of they called saying they would be at my home at 10am. At 10:13am they called asking where am I located and they were on their way. At 10:50am they called saying they were at my door, by this time I have left my home because should I pay money to a company that clearly does not respect my time (Remember my original appointment was at 9am). I had scheduled off half my day at work to have my carpet cleaned. My whole morning wasted. If you value your time, do not book this company.

Horrible! horrible Service! I gave it one star because I had to in order to post my review. They changed the time the day of service. I was told they would come at 10am and they called at 830am and said they would arrive at 1030. When they arrived at 1022am, I wasn't home yet and they begin to rush me as though I was late when they were early. Changed the price 4 times. It went from 79 to 99 to 119 to 149 and bcuz I wanted brightner they charged 49 more dollars. They spent all of 15 minutes on my carpet. No soap suds, and tried to charge an additional $450 to steam the hardwood floors and was adament about asking. They wanted cash and didn't request that ahead of time and one guy was talking to himself. Never use them ever!! I won't! Save yourself the time.

My neighbor is using this service and their company van is so loud. Surely the decibel level exceeds noise pollution ordinances. I thought the van was going to explode. I can’t even hear my TV in my living room and my house smells like exhaust. I called the company and he says that’s just how they work. I’m no scientist but apparently the rusty van summons the bowels of hell in order to vacuum a rug. So if you decide to use this service make sure you’re not home and warn your neighbors. If you live within 100 yards good luck trying to get work done or get your kids to bed. Although I guess the exhaust will knock them out eventually.

Lake State Cleaning did an excellent job power washing my house and deck in Ferndale. They were on time, efficient, very detailed oriented and above all very friendly and caring about their customer. I’ll use them again next year and definitely highly recommending their services.

We had our stamped concrete patio cleaned and sealed. There was a slight issue with some of the sealant not drying properly. However, Lake Side came back the next day and addressed the problem and everything looks great. They were extremely responsive, I give them high marks.

We live on a lake and between the spiders, pollen, and flying insects our house and deck looked horrendous. Lake State cleaning just wrapped up this year’s visit and the house looks like new. The trim is white and debris free and windows are all sparkling. From booking to cleaning everyone was pleasant and professional. Brian and Ervin went above and beyond, making sure my son’s car was free from the debris that blew off of the garage. We have used Lake State for several years and will continue to do so.

Lake State had two of their guys out to do a soft wash on our house exterior. They did a great job on removing all of the mold and
moss off of the house. The guys were thorough and really friendly. I would recommend them for similar work!

Jake and Hayden from Lake State Cleaning did a great job today! I had my gutters, house exterior, driveway, sidewalks on 3 sides of my house and exterior windows (including 4 sets of sliders on a screened porch) cleaned. I also had them flush 3 underground downspouts - a job other companies were unable to do. They were pleasant, professional, and thorough. They even redid my porch sliders when I asked. It was not an inexpensive project, but it was comparable to other quotes I received. I would highly recommend them.

Quality of power washing and window cleaning was beyond my expectations - didn’t know my house could look so clean.

There was an issue with some water that got into an external outlet during the job. I had to hire an electrician to come out and fix the outlet as the water had fried the outlet. The Lake State Cleaning team was prompt to respond to me regarding the issue. Their management team was reluctant to pay for the full electrical repair, but we were able to agree on a fair amount of reimbursement.

Matt & Irving did a great job addressing the issues with my overflowing gutters. Certainly appreciate the photos provided following the cleaning.

Lake State Cleaning were our last year to clean my gutters and they did such an amazing job I just had them out today 8-6-25 to clean my roof and remove algae. Great jobs guys. 😆

These guys were awesome!! They were able to get me on the asap list and got my gutters cleaned same day. They sent photos of the work after since no one was home and the gutters were cleaned out perfect. Solid company. Would hire them again for sure.

Impressive Siding and Gutter Cleaning - Like New Again!

I recently hired Lake State Cleaning to clean the siding on my house, and they did a fantastic job. My home had accumulated quite a bit of dust and dirt over the years due to various renovation projects—both on my property and my neighbor’s—which had left the siding looking dull. Additionally, my white gutters, soffit, and window borders had become stained over time from water run-off, which was really starting to bother me.

Lake State Cleaning arrived and got right to work. They sprayed down the siding, gutters, soffit, and window borders, and the results were incredible. In about an hour and a half, they managed to clean the entire exterior of my house. I was especially impressed by how spotless the gutters and window borders looked—like they were brand new! The stains I’d tried to scrub off before were completely gone.

I was also concerned about the plants around my house, but there was no damage at all, which was a relief. It’s been a couple of weeks since the cleaning, and everything still looks great, with no issues to the landscaping.

Overall, Lake State Cleaning exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely hire them again. If you’re looking for a thorough and efficient cleaning service, I highly recommend them!
