Super friendly dudes. Our gutters were like garden beds…they did the job well and in timely fashion. Cleaned up great too! Would use again and recommend.

I had my house power washed by Brian and his crew. They arrived early and did a great job. They also were able to get a yellow jacket nest out for me. Will definitely be using them again.

The team did an amazing job cleaning our glass railing on our second floor upper deck. It was incredibly high off the ground and they did a great job navigating the terrain and house to clean both the inside and outside of the glass. They are always very fast and efficient. I’ll be having them come back in the fall to clean our gutters. Thanks for the great service!

Great experience using Lake State services for first time. The crew showed up on time with plenty of advance notice and did a very nice job cleaning my gutters for a fair price. I will use their services again, highly recommended.

Jacob and Ervin did an AWESOME job cleaning out the gutters!!! From start to finish the whole process went so smoothly! From getting a quote, to scheduling an appointment, to them coming out to clean the gutters-it was a breeze and I would DEFINITELY have them come back to do other work!! Workers were very professional. They arrived on time, informed me of their plans, explained everything thoroughly, worked very hard, successfully cleaned all windows, siding, deck surfaces. I would hire them again and again. Also, price was very reasonable.

We had our house exterior and exterior windows cleaned. Always a wonderful experience with Lake State.
Nick and Tyler did a wonderful job. One window was still stained/dirty, they came back to address it. The window had paint sprayer residue on it and they scrubbed it off. Thank you for taking good care of your customers.

Great service , very accommodating to offer the customer all options available for their project and scheduled the work to be completed as soon as possible. Bryce and his team of professional installers genuinely care about his customers satisfaction. Their prices are very fair and the work they do is beautiful. They cleanup up everything after completing the job, seriously highly recommend them.

I went for the least expensive option, called good one! I was consious that there would not be gut flushing, but the service was way below my expectations! They blew off the debris with a blower, leaving lots of residues on the gutter, and did not even properly check the obstruction on all sprouts! Oh, and the mess they left on my deck and it’s furniture was terrible! The feeling I had is that they were in a Hurry, just wanted to check mark their list! I called back and they came to clean up the mess, but that’s too late for me, I would not recommend.

Matt and Matt did a fantastic job! I only have an after photo, but trust me the before was dirty! Lake State Cleaning did our exterior home washing and the vinyl looks brand new. All of the dirt, algae, and staining is gone. 5/5 service!

We were very pleased with the power washing job that we had done at our house by Brian & Al yesterday. They even had to deal with a hornets nest behind one of the window shutters: all gone! They were extremely nice and friendly and even dog friendly. I will recommend them to others and will definetly use their services in the future.

Lake State Cleaning did an amazing job on our client's commercial roof. Very professional and communication was great from start to finish! They went out of their way to make sure the job was done in one day and before the business opened in the afternoon! Definitely scheduling them for a yearly cleaning so it does not end up like it did! Highly recommend!

I have to say Chet's was amazing all around. It is hard to find a company these days that provides a high level of service or cares about client needs. Our family purchased a home that previously was occupied with 9 cats and dogs. My son is allergic to both, but especially cats. Every ounce of the house had cat and or dog hair visible including the fireplace brick from floor to ceiling. We were looking for reliable companies to help us tackle all the cleaning and allergen removal from the house and came across Chet's. From inital conversations with Kelly on the main line to Steve who came out to look and the job, Eric and Deronte who came to do the work and Nichole from Chet's who saved the day with a big job of predeep cleaning that allowed us to stay on schedule but more importantly allow us to move our son into the house free of issues from his allergies! The house looks amazing and smells incredible. The fact that they knew what we were up against and helped coordinate the right team of services (not even there own) was amazing. Again our family is very grateful to have found Chet's and would highly recommend their services to anyone!

Could not ask for a better experience. Chet's technician called before he arrived to advise me that he was on his way and when to expect him, he was very pleasant, respectful and careful in my home, and he took extra care to clean tough spots in my upholstery and carpet. Price matched the quote, was fair and I couldn't be happier.

Zach and Braeden were prompt and courteous. They did a great job and asked us to look at the carpet and make sure we were satisfied before making payment. We have used Chet's Cleaning in the past and will do so again in the future.

Jeremy called and text his arrival time was here when he said. Throughly vacuum and cleaned our carpet and rugs. He moved our furniture and placed them back with protective barriers for further drying. Did everything they said they would do. Took the time to protect our home with rugs and mats. The best carpet cleaning I’ve ever had. The carpet is like brand new if your kids like slime this is the only option to get it out of the carpet. There was slime in my carpet I thought would be stuck there until we one day replaced the carpet, but they somehow got it out.

Chet’s did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. Dylan and Brayden were on time, friendly and willing to answer all of my questions before starting the cleaning and after completion. I’m happy with the result and will continue to use Chet’s for my carpet cleanings. Thank you!
