Ashley and Braeden did a fantastic job with our carpet and upholstery cleaning. They were courteous, professional, and thorough. They provided us with clear communication and treated our home as if were their own. They came in, told us to relax and went about their work as true professionals. It was obvious that they take a lot of pride in what they do. Will definitely call Chet’s again.

Codey and Dylan came out a few weeks ago to clean the grout and tile in my kitchen and hall area. They were outstanding! They provided excellent customer service (a welcome change from what has, imho, become the norm of little to no customer service) while also doing a great job on the tile. I'm so glad that Chet's Cleaning was recommended to me and Chet's will be my go-to for floor cleaning from now on!

Zack and Dylan were very courteous helpful and efficient they cleaned all the carpets in the condo. They look great! Thanks guys, we will see you next time!

Chet's Cleaning cleaned our carpets today and we are very pleased with the results. They cleaned 8 rooms plus walk-in closets. Zack and his partner (Jason?) arrived on time, were very professional, had me walk the job and point out special needs or requests, worked really hard & well together, were diligent with prep like protecting hardwood floors and with cleanup, hit a coffee-stained area on cream color carpet three times & made it look great. Our carpets look new! Thanks guys!

I had a huge dog mess on my wool carpet and silk wallpaper. Brandon and Eric created a miracle. I thought I would need to get my carpet replaced and I am amazed at how great they did. They were professional, pleasant and took pride in the job they did. The upholstery cleaning was excellent too. Well done!

Ashley and Dylan could not have been more helpful. They were professional and friendly. That’s a great combination nowadays! I would recommend (and have) Chets to any and all who want a reliable source for a variety of cleaning needs. While it was a bit overpriced….they came on an emergency last minute call….so no complaints.

I have used Chet's for the last few years to clean my carpets and rugs. I have a toy Yorkie who has an occasional accident. Every time, they are able to remove stubborn stains. Yes, sometimes the stains resurface after a few months, but the crew always gives me advice on how to treat them and it always works.
A couple of weeks ago, Ashlie and Brandon came to my home to clean just the stairs, master bedroom and second floor landing. They did an excellent job. Ashlie and Brandon are a great team and their personalities compliment one another. They are very professional and I can trust them in my home!

Eric and Brandon did a great job cleaning our carpeting today! Used a multistage approach to clean which resulted in great results! Eric and Brandon were extremely pleasant and very businesslike….worked very hard which resulted in a great job accomplished! Recommend for very thorough job! Protected our wood floors as they moved through the house and even provided us with our own booties to wear tonight while carpet finished drying! Great job!

Chet’s made time to come over during holiday rush. Codey and Jonathan did an amazing job. They communicated proactively on arrival time, showed up with a door mat and shoe protection and got right to work. We had a bit of a unique situation, they adapted and modified our service exactly to our needs on the fly. Price was reasonable especially for the quality. Very informative on how to treat issues ourselves going forward and great with our yapping dog. Highly recommend (and we are particular).

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Chet's Cleaning Service! They showed up right on time and were professional, kind, thoughtful, and incredibly thorough from start to finish.

We had our entire house cleaned, including the basement — two heavily trafficked sets of stairs, years-old embedded stains, and carpets that have endured life with our very large dog (including multiple accidents and some tough spots in the living room). I honestly didn’t think some of those stains would ever come out.

Not only did they make our carpets look brand new, but they also cleaned our family room furniture — our dog’s favorite lounging area — and it looks completely renewed. They removed stains that other carpet cleaning companies couldn’t even make a dent in.

Their attention to detail and level of care truly impressed us. Our home looks and feels fresh again. I would recommend them to absolutely everyone!

Can't say enough wonderful things about Chet's Cleaning. They did a phenomenal cleaning job on my Airbnb condo in Detroit. They were timely, professional and exceptionally thorough. Both Eric and Paul deserve 10-stars actually (not just 5), because they went above and beyond to deliver outstanding and quality customer service. I highly recommend Chet's Cleaning services for anyone needing their carpets, area rugs or upholstery professionally (and safely) cleaned.

I moved to Michigan from California in September 2025. As I was unpacking, I acknowledged the sad reality that two wool upholstered chairs and a rug were desperately in need of cleaning. Fortunately the store where I bought my chairs in California has a sister store in Michigan! The astute Birmingham showroom Director referred me to Chet's. "They're not cheap, but they are the best!" From my own experience, I heartily agree and highly recommend Chet's Cleaning!

It's been a few months and I've had Chet's clean and protect two chairs with light gray wool upholstery with white leather piping; an 8' x 12' industrial Berber rug of unknown fiber with full grain leather edge binding and an integrated foam backing; and a 90 year old, hand knotted wool Caucasian runner with lots of dark colors and intact, long white cotton warp fringe. Due to the combination of materials on the chairs and area rug, I knew only an experienced cleaner would know the right solvents and process(es) required to ensure a thorough cleaning without damaging any of the materials. I recently bought the runner and wanted to make sure the rug was clean, and hopefully slightly brighten the sun faded colors. I also bought a quality pad for the runner from Chet's. The chairs and rug look new, and the runner looks the best it can for something people have walked on for nearly a century!

Everyone I've interacted with has been kind and efficient. When I first arrived, I had LOTS OF QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS about my chairs. Jackie (Assistant Bookkeeper and Customer Service) helped me initially, and when I had questions that couldn't be answered, Chet (Founder & Co-Owner) answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Then I brought in the rug, and Madalyn (Customer Service) helped me, and Mike (General Manager) answered more of my questions and addressed my concerns. The day I picked up the chairs, it was sunny when I left home but pouring rain when I arrived. Mike (GM) and one of the Service Specialists allowed me to back into their service bay and they loaded both chairs into my vehicle! And somewhere in between stops at Chet's Madison Heights headquarters, I met the beautiful Remi and Stella.

I will continue to use Chet's Cleaning for skilled cleaning services and outstanding customer service and recommend Chet's to family, friends, and total strangers!

Chet's is an incredible carpet cleaner. Our carpet is over 30 years old, when they complete their cleaning the carpet looks brand new again. We had the deep clean the first year they cleaned. They told us they doubted they could get the dining room carpet lean, but they would do their best. When they completed the cleaning process, it looked brand new. Even the sons owner was surprised and very pleased. We have used them ever since. They can be depended on an honest opinion. No one can do a bettter job than Chet's. Jeremy cleaned our carpet this year He was all alone, but did an incredible job. He got every stain out, including a bad stain from a leak in a drain pipe and the dark stains where the carpet meets the basement wall. Jeremy worked very hard and did a fantastic job. I have never been more pleased then with Jeremy's hard work and professionalism. I will always use Chet's for my cleaning needs.

Jeremy and Paul were fantastic! They arrived at the scheduled time and promptly introduced themselves. We received a detailed explanation of exactly how the cleaning would be performed. We are extremely happy with the quality of their work. Our carpet looks like new. We highly recommend the company.

Lived in our house over 40 years, and I have had carpets cleaned before! Chet's did the best job yet! Old dog stain removed and traffic pattern, returned like new. Pick up and delivery very professional and accommodating by Tyler, Steve and office staff. Even warned me that old stain might not be removed entirely, but it was!! Thank you, thank you!

I had an extremely positive experience from beginning to end. Scheduling was easy, and I received calls/texts when the technicians were en route. They were very professional and committed to the quality of work. The turnaround time for my rug cleaning (one week) was faster than I expected. They did excellent work with stain removal. I will absolutely use Chet's again!

We have two oak Stickley chairs with leather upholstered cushions. They have weathered fading and our 4 grandchildren’s spills & wet diapers. Chets has made them look like New. They cleaned the leather and dyed them to the original dark green color. I’d rate the 6 Stars if I could! Their price was reasonable, their workmanship outstanding.
