The Turf Doctor representative, Mathew F. visited our home today for a scheduled lawn application. When he arrived, he noticed my wife and I were working in our back yard. He asked us if we minded if he proceeded with the application and we told him that would be fine. We really appreciate Matthew's politeness and good manners.

I was not home, but appreciate Matthew doing his job & leaving me the receipt/paperwork telling me about the application & also watering instructions. I’m glad the pet/child caution tag was placed in the yard to warn about the pesticide app for 24 hours. My yard has really improved since having Turf Doctor on board the last year. My neighbors send their compliments, too!😁

This is my first time using their service. So far so good. They called me yesterday to let me know they'd be here today and were first thing this morning. My sister has been satisfied and decided to try at my new house.

I accidentally let out my two large dogs while Michael was in our backyard and he handled the situation like the professional he is.

I just started my service so I can’t comment yet on it. However the customer service is amazing. I saw their truck on my block and stopped Juan to ask questions. His was polite and helpful and I was able to get my first treatment the same day. The person who answered the phone was patient and kind, set me up for the first treatment and walked me through the process. I am happy I saw the truck and look forward to what my lawn will look like with the treatments.

I've been using Turf doctor for a couple years now. My grass has never looked better. William was my rep today and did a very good job. I'm very happy with the service.

Chris was attentive, thorough, and quick with his work. He made sure to blast hidden weeds trying to come up from driveway cracks and some stubborn ones that keep coming back in my front landscape. I appreciate his extra effort!

Pete was Great! He was very professional and personable. I asked him to apply some weed killer in areas that have been neglected before and he did so without hesitation. Pete Alestra does a great job. He watches were he sprays. Grass and weeds only. Keeps the spray out of the flower beds and bushes.

Very nice guy. Gave me some great advice on how to keep up with the grass. I’ve noticed a difference from the first treatment. I’m so happy with my services provided by him

Very unprofessional on the phone. Bad business practices with their advertising. It says up to 6 applications and cancel at any time but when I asked for 1 application I was told 4 minimum and when I said your flyer says cancel at any time I was hung up on.

I was not home at the time of service. My ring camera only picked up the sign placed in the yard. Not sure if any service was provided as the camera caught no one between the time there was no sign and the sign was placed in the yard.

Our first application as a new customer. We were very pleased with our technician and their professionalism. Looking forward to getting our yard in shape.

I would never recommend this company to anyone! Paid in advance big mistake! Ruined my new sod, have so many weeds and burn spots everywhere. Poor customer service!! Nobody returning my calls!

I expect Gino was here and performed the first of seven applications. I was not home at the time but I have no reason to think otherwise. Way too early to provide any other detail. There's a caution sign in front yard stating fertilizer was applied. No sign in the back yard so I can only hope it was applied in backyard also. Time will tell.

Decided to give Turf Doctor another try since they have new ownership now. Quality has improved and their pricing is on point. They also happily sent out a tech when my lawn had a few weeds pop up. My experience has been so much better now under new ownership and technicians.

mike who came out was polite and very helpful and did great work with great safe products I have pets , truly recommend to anyone . they keep my lawn looking envy of the neighborhood. great work keep up the good job.

I have been with them for many many years. Always friendly and willing to work with me whenever I need something special done. I had fertilizer done today and will be having core aeration in the near future. They always call before they come, in case I need to reschedule
