This company has 5 star reviews so I called them so they can work on my house and I’m so glad I did, they’re very professional and they did a great job.

OMG they work so hard today in the sweltering heat it had to be 100° outside. They had a couple of hiccups but they corrected them immediately but again more time in the heat...
I truly expected them to cancel on me today but they did not. Gave them plenty of drink some fruit and they hung in there. I'm a real estate agent and I would recommend them to any of my clients and feel very confident in their five star service!

I called Few different companies until my friend recommended me jayco and they came right away and seen why my heat wasn’t working and as you see they recommended to replace everything thank you guys so much ❤️ great work i will for sure to send everyone your way

Harold S arrived promptly when he said he would, he was quick and efficient, and he was very professional. He did an excellent job at explaining what the problem was and what he did to resolve it. Horrible experience, first off ,the office never answers the phone, or return voice mail.
Plumbing inspection for water heater came , said don't worry about the sticker shock of the estimate. This that and the other will not be needed, but I need to list all possible parts needed. I asked a couple more times, he said absolutely nothing above the water tank needs to be done.
5 days later installer shows up and says all the stuff the inspection guy said was a lie.charged for it all.
Unprofessional, unethical, either way one of these so called professionals lied..
It looks very bad for home services
Tried to call office before posting this review.... guess what ... no surprise.... they didn't answer the phone the few times I called before posting .

Patrick was AWESOME. He was very knowledgeable and polite. He even educated me on the reason the furnace wasn’t working properly and how to maintain it. Truly a great help and happy we got him.

Home Service Corporation is the Best. They had to make three trips due to no fault of their own and each time, I was called and rescheduled and made a priority. 2 out of the three times, Darrin came out who was very courteous and professional. Darrin took the time to answer all my questions and demonstrated or pointed out what he was doing or answering. I will request them , again for my A/C needs!!!

Ralph E, the Technican came in and in less than 10 minutes both of my issues were resolved! He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I am a happy and satisfied customer. American Home Shield hired an awesome company, Home Service Corporation!

Service was timely, professional and fixed right the first time. Murad was a gift from above, he completed my repairs and went over and beyond to make sure I had heat before the weekend started and to perfection! Thanks for making the same day appointment to showing up on time and performing the maintenance it was a very professional job well done. I have you all on speed dial for any other related field emergencies.

Just called at 10:22 am on 4/21/25 about speaking to a supervisor about my pipe and I got hung up on by a black lady who picked the phone up. I was giving this company through American Home Shield. I will be calling them and letting them know. I’m still waiting on James the head plumber to call me back. Now that was very rude and you want me to spend my money with you.

Sent a tech out in short time. Staff was very friendly & accomodating. Kevin, the plumber was easy to talk to & knowledgeable. These guys, in the end, took care of my problem & addressed my concerns to my satisfaction. I would gladly call them again in the future.

Excellent job done by Home Services Corporation! Worker arrived on time, thoroughly analyzed my plumbing problems and skillfully fixed each of those problems. My repairman, Billy was friendly, respectful, professional, thorough and proficient in his work. The staff at the main office was equally skilled at setting up my appointments.

After this experience, I will definitely call again upon Home Services Corporation for any Home repair services that I might need.

I had a backed up basement floor drain. Kevin Drake called when he was on his way. Arrived timely, was kind and professional. He explained what he was going to do and how. I immediately knew the problem was in the right hands.

He even gave me tips to keep the drain flowing freely. I have American Home Shield and so happy I do! No hassle when requesting service. Paid my service fee and quickly received a text that request was assigned.

For any future
plumbing issues, I want HSC as my preferred service provider.

Rafael was very helpful in fixing my faucet. Took his time to make sure that he had fixed it right. Very nice person to talk to. (This is just a little side note. I wish DTE would put on the statements they send out, what service calls people were charged for so they know how many are left.)

The service request via American home shield regarding a plumbing issue was professionally resolved by the technician named Brandon. Brandon was very professional, courteous and explained each step of the plumbing process. With the exception of a previous service request, the service that was provided today was exceptional and has rekindled my trust and respect for American Home Warranty service.

Isaiah was very informative and honest! He was respectful of my property and explained every detail of what he was seeing, good and bad. He answered all of my many questions, too! He has obviously been doing this a long time because he knew exactly what the problem was, identified what kind of unit I had before even seeing the label, and could explain to me all of my options and his expert opinion. I respect that a lot!

Emma Smith, of Home Service Corporation, did a PHENOMENAL job fixing my toilet and my kitchen faucet today 💗! She is super friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and extremely professional.

I LOVE the fact that she is a woman who did the job for us today 🙂! She set the perfect example, of how women can also do skilled trades like plumbing, for my both of my daughters (ages 13 and 10) to witness today.

She came in, quickly diagnosed the problems and quickly resolved them both. Even cleaned up to where you would have never known she was there!

I HIGHLY recommend Emma Smith to do any plumbing services that you need. I will make sure to keep her contact in my back pocket and will request for her to do any plumbing services I may need in the future.

Electrician was terrible. American Home Shield sent them to repair/replace 2 fans and a wall switch. He only did the wall switch. Didn't replace bathroom fan because he said it was in the ceiling and he didn't know where it vented to and said it's raining outside. Didn't repair other fan because he said he couldn't see into the ceiling --- duhhhh umm no you can't --your job is to repair it. Then he went and reported to AHS that it was not installed properly. I had to pay for a service call and take off work for a $5 switch and left with still 2 broke fans. Useless.

Lee,was an excellent servicemen and very knowledgeable of the work that needed to be done. Great personality and easy to talk too he took the sting out of the total amount that was needed, he his definitely a plus to your company. He has a great spirit within him. ✝️

WORSE Company Ever!! I would not give it one star, but I could post with giving at least one. I had a home warranty with American Home Shield and they sent this company out to check out my AC. The tech said it was my evaporator coil and it was gonna cost $1600.00 to replace. The estimate stated the tech said he made his diagnosis by visual inspection. So, I called another company to come out (I did not tell them it was a 2nd opinion). The second company techs had to cut and remove a pvc pipe that was routed in front of the furnace door leading to the coil before they could even see the coil. So the tech from Home Service Company lied. He never saw the coil because the pvc was not cut so the door was never opened. In addition the 2nd company found 3 nuts/screws that were loose that they believed was sabotage. In the end it cost me $380 total from the 2nd company to have the screws tightened and freon refilled including their labor putting the pvc back together. All works great now. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!
