Ralph Espinal was out today, 3/28 to fix my clogged bathroom sink. He did a great job, was fixed in no time. Very professional & friendly. He was sent by the DTE Whole Home Plus program.

Our heat went out on Sunday and first thing Monday morning the company sent John over and he fixed my furnace right then and there (replaced the board). John was so friendly, professional, knowledgeable and educational! Thanks for getting to me so quickly!

Went through AHS to contract Home Service Corp for a leak at the pump of my hot water baseboard heater boiler. They sent out their technician, Jamie, within a couple days! Jamie was an outstanding technician who listened to what I had to say, inspected the system with care, and completed the work promptly and with great quality. He was also very knowledgeable and concise with answering all my questions.

I had Rafael came to my house to fix the broken garbage disposal in the kitchen. Rafael showed his customer care mentality and competency by suggesting replacing the lower power capacity garbage disposal, which we have been unhappy with, with a more powerful garbage disposal. Rafael also sees the pitfalls of current pipe design and suggested to optimize the design of the pipes. Rafael did a very professional job that brought a satisfying outcome. I would recommend Rafael to anyone who might have similar work to be done.

Rafael was very thorough and made sure everything was working properly before he left. He installed a new garbage disposal and triple-checked it and the drain to make sure it was working properly and they there were no blockages in the drain pipe. He is very courteous, professional, and friendly. I would definitely use this company again. I am 100 satisfied. Thanks!

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE the lady answering phone very curt for no reason they came out worked on wrong drain broke tool in drain never told me gave me wrong information about what was wrong left all his tools in a rush to leave after pipe was broke off in drain had me calling insurance company for no reason I had to pay another company to come out to find out EVERYTHING the tech said was wrong he worked in the wrong drain they had to remove his broke tool and fix correctly I called left my phone number no one called back and when I spoke with the answering service they were very nice however when speaking with the lady who works at company she was beyond nasty and Cinch Insurance sent them out

John was excellent in his assessment and repair of my central air conditioner. He explained what he was doing, even invited me to look at the heat exchanger to see that it was in great condition. I appreciate his taking the time to ensure I understood the system and how it functions. I will ask Job to return this fall to do the preventive maintenance on my furnace. In addition, once the office found out my A/C was not working, they had a Tech assigned next day. I highly recommend Home Service Corporation. Thank you!

The absolute best at what they do! I have nothing but great things to say about HSC. They are professional, kind, and skilled. I've never been disappointed.

They came out to assess, diagnose, and repair the issues that I've been experiencing with my two toilets. Another company (More Than Plumbing) had recently been out, but they lied (guy named Troy) about replacing the fill valve in one toilet. He also lied about the other toilet needing to be replaced because it was plugged. After I complained to my home warranty company about More Than Plumbing, they sent HSC.

Kevin fixed both toilets in minutes (replacing the fill valve in one toilet and replacing the flap in the other toilet). It took him seconds to diagnose the issues. There was no need to replace the toilet; nor was it plugged.

I was serviced by HSC in the past and most recently, and the service was A1! The plumbers have been consistent, honest, respectful, and experienced. And when you call the office, you receive excellent service as well. I highly recommend Home Service Corporation!

Yesterday, I had service performed by Ralph (Rafael) and he immediately solved the problem! I had a leak coming from my claw foot tub shower and he did an excellent job at correcting this problem! I was reluctant to call at first but he put my mind at ease that he could fix it and he did! So thankful!

This company is horrendous! We caught Jamie in several lies. We believe they purposefully wrote up the work order to try to fix a unit that can't be repaired just so they would get out of pocket $1500 from us for that and then be there to swoop in to replace the unit in full when it failed in a couple of weeks. Jamie tried to tell us that the repair vs replace was all the mistake of the tech that wrote up the work order but the tech told us Jamie had to approve what he wrote up and that he was writing up a replacement unit. Just so many games going on here that we could hardly keep up. They took a down payment from us to schedule services but refused to show us what we were paying for in writing. When we finally got an invoice it was handwritten with a bunch of items listed as "Mods" which aren't covered by our insurance. The Mods price they charged us also just so happened to equal the parts provided by and covered by the insurance company to the dime so they inflated our out-of-pocket cost to make up for what they lost by changing it to a replacement and the insurance now covering. We had a 2nd company come out who said those items on the handwritten invoice weren't even needed. HSC told us the AC location was also no longer to code and we would need to relocate it, including moving the electrical and adding a hurricane pad which again, the other company said was completely unnecessary. They also tried to charge us $450 for permits when they cost just under $200. They wrote up tests and were paid by our insurance company for those tests they didn't even complete while they were here. What a dishonest group of people. They also scan your calls and will keep you on hold for extended periods just in hopes you'll go away or they just plain hang up on you when you try to call for answers or clarification. Jamie stopped replying to emails when we asked for set numbers and clarification calling out a few of these concerns and when we tried to escalate the matter above Jamie, they told us his boss was working in the back and they would transfer us just to get a voicemail that he was on vacation. What a joke. Stay away from this company!! They can't be trusted in any way and its terrifying to think of all the people they have scammed over the years and the insurance fraud that has taken place. Just awful!

Had a major central air job that had to be installed in an attic replacing a 40 year old unit. The team was fantastic and each day when finished they cleaned up like they weren’t even here. Ultimately, a job well done!!!

Rafael is the ultimate professional! I appreciate the work he did to repair my toilets!

I had John Cunningham come out to my house to resolve an air-conditioning water leak. He listened to what I said and found the issue and resolved it. He was very thorough in making sure the problem was taken care, and explained to me how everything worked and what had happened. I had 2 other companies come out last year and worked on my air conditioning unit, but never took care of my water leak. THANK YOU JOHN, YOU ARE AN EXCELLENT REPAIR PERSON AND YOU WERE A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH! He even let me give him a hug to thank him, I was so relieved!!

This family owned plumbing company is so awesome! They work their fanny off! I would recommend them to family and friends. Honest, hard working, explain the problem you have in detail. Lee Mouat is hands down the best plumber/tech ever! He’s been by twice now and I made sure to request him because of how phenomenal his service was the first time! He is so kind and informative and polite and such a joy to work with. I would joyfully recommend him to anyone with complete confidence. Very professional and very knowledgeable in his work!

This was such a great experience. John Cunningham was the epitome of professionalism, kindness and excellence in customer service. He gave a call before coming and then after arriving pulled out his quick problem solving skills. He gave us tips about how to keep the furnace running better and a discussion about if anything else should occur and how to reach them. I would recommend this company and I would recommend this company giving John a role in training, (if he wanted it of course) and a raise or at least a paid day off as a thank you from a now life long customer. Brandon came out to inspect my hot water heater and recommend replacement. He was excellent, explaining exactly what needed to be done as well as the cost. Afterwards, though, customer service was poor. The work was approved and a payment made, but I received no communication as to when they would be installing the new heater. When I finally got through, I found out they waited a day to order the tank and that it would be almost a week before install.

Michael Flores was a very speedy and helped me with so much intelligent questions. He is such a good worker. I give him 10 stars. Thank you.
