Called to get service and I couldn’t believe they sent plumbers out within an hour of my call!! The person that answered my call was so kind and worked very hard to get me help. The two gentlemen that came out were very kind and fixed my problem quickly! I would highly recommend them!

This is my third time working with Advanced Plumbing of Monroe and each time I was highly satisfied with their services. The technicians are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and most of all professional. Each time they have completed the work needed, I’ve had zero problems thereafter. The prices are very reasonable and most of all, the quality of work is top notch. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed. I will continue to work solely with this local company for anything related to these services because of their workmanship.

Very professional! They called a day prior to my schedule appointment because they had an immediate available slot and asked if I wanted it. They technician came quickly and was super professional. Cost was very reasonable as well. I will definitely recommend them.

I have seen these trucks all over Monroe Michigan. I read reviews and went with them. I am so very pleased with this company. Trevor came in. Very pleasant attitude, dressed in proper clothing not at all a shlep. He listened to what my questions were and went straight to work. Communication was great. He kept everything neat and tidy. The plumber Advanced sent was great. Personable and competent. We were new to Monroe and he more than happy to point out places of interest for us. I will call them again when the need arises.

I'm so thankful I called Advanced Plumbing of Monroe.. we had a major leak inside the wall of our house for days... We didn't know it for too months... They came immediately after our call and found the broken pipe and fixed it. And for an emergency call, it wasn't a very high bill at all from them. Very minimal. The water bill that's a different story! Thank you Advance Plumbing 😀

Very good experience with Advanced Plumbing! They had the exact same water heater in stock as my original home had originally installed, was able to pick it up same day and get it to the house. Friendly and knowledgeable employees helped me out ! Would recommend to anyone for sure.

Michigan gas read extreme carbon monoxide leaking from our hot water heater. Advanced plumping came to look at the tank. Charged us for an hour and a half plus a part to not even fix the issue. They couldn’t even tell us what could be wrong. We now have a hole on our ceiling that wasn’t there before and advanced plumping is telling us that we need to push the flange from our tank back up in the ceiling…I paid for a service that I now have to fix.

Jacob came out today and solved an issue we have had 2 other companies come out and try to fix with no avail. He was extremely quick and courteous. We will definitely be using advanced plumbing again thank you guys for the great experience at a very reasonable price!

I was very disappointed with these guys. I contacted them regarding replacing my water heater, explained that I needed a tall, LP gas, 40 gallon. When they arrived thay brought a short water heater. This isn't what I wanted. Although they did a good job on installation the cost was considerably more than was quoted because it took additional supplies to make connections. By the time I was offered a different unit it was to late as the tech had already disconnected the old one so I was committed at that point. Life goes on.

Jacob and Tanner came to our location at prime storage and unplugged a toilet. They even went as far as to clean out the toilet. That was disgusting. We greatly appreciate their time, and their professionalism would, highly recommend them always.

We had Eric out to our house. He was absolutely amazing and extremely knowledgeable. We have found our "home" for all our plumbing needs. He was incredibly honest and gave us hints and tricks to help out with the overall maintenance of the house.

They installed the gas line for my whole house generator in Sept 2024 and can’t say enough good things about the company. Installation crew (Josh & Ryan) were on time, courteous and very professional…one day install. Final inspection was scheduled, city came out and approved it. Thank you for everything!

Needed the faucet replaced by my washing machine. Tech replaced it and cleaned up efficiently. He explained what he was doing when I had questions. Always been pleased with Advanced Plumbing work. Would recommend them to anyone requiring service.

I have not used Advanced Plumbing before but I can already tell you when I need a plumber, I'll be calling them. My senior neighbor told me this evening that she called you guys this morning for what she thought was a sump pump alarm that had been driving her crazy for hours. One of your service men, Eric I believe she said, showed up and spent a 1/2 looking for the source of the alarm. He found it. It was her Carbon Monoxide detector that was malfunctioning. He advised her that it was important that she replace it, in which, she did. The best part of this story is that they did not charge her a dime to come out. I was so grateful to hear this that I think it is noteworthy to bring attention to this act of kindness from this company and the kind of people you employ. It says a lot about you! Thank you!!!! They did a very clean and professional job it a horrible location. The techs were friendly and answered my endless stream of questions with out hesitation. They made sure there were no other issues in the building as a byproduct of their work. I would highly recommend them

Had them out to do regular service my hot water on demand system for descaling. They were able to get me in within a day of calling them. The tech Eric explained a lot about the system. He identified a potential issue with the system and fixed it on the spot. The tech was very respectful and performed great work. The scheduler on the phone was friendly and kind. I would recommend them to friends and family for any future plumbing work.

We were remodeling our guest bathroom. The drain was clogged, the hardware was chipping..etc called Advanced, a super sweet girl answered and I had an estimate shortly after. The technician that came was an incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, gentleman that won my heart when he was patient and kind to my very curious golden retriever. Everything went great, my shower looks amazing. I was also informed about cleaning my water tank, never knew you had to do that. Thanks again. Great service

Called to get a leak fixed in my upstairs bathroom. (Had an existing access hole in the ceiling)
He came out to diagnose the problem, adjusted the water spout and silicone the spout, and put an access in the wall for another angle to see the problem.
Said that should fix it.
Still leaking called the office and she told me they will come out and diagnose the problem, and I would be charged again.
They already came out and missed diagnosed the problem. Now they want to come out again and charge me again for another diagnosis that they didn't solve.
I want to support their business but to keep charging to diagnose a problem that isn't correctly diagnose is just wrong.
I'm glad to pay for a leak that is fixed. But to keep playing elimination until you find the leak and charging me is not the way to solve this.
She didn't have any solutions to give me other than keep charging me.

They came out and warranted their workmanship on the last visit (no charge)
The tech suggested that if I wanted Advanced plumbing to warranty parts and labor they will put new plumbing from my tub drain (including the p trap) to the existing drain pipe.
I went with his recommendation due to the problems with the drain. ( It’s hard to find a leak when it doesn’t leak all the time)
The tech was great and knowledgeable
