Had a new furnace installed today,installers were prompt, curtious and professional. They answered all my questions and concerns. The office staff was also very helpful in getting the furnace financed. Anyone seeking heating, a.c or plumbing concerns I highly recommend this company for their services.

$Pricey$ offered same day service, charges additional 100.00 per hour, diagnosis fee did not go toward cost of repair. Would have been good to know when scheduling. You come out better renewing with a home warranty company.

I had this company install a humidifier. It took a couple trips to my house which was no problem. I didn't get any added humidity so I had to call the guy back. After he left I found a water leak. The water leaks could have ruined my wood floor had I not noticed them right away. Just not happy overall. When I called back about not getting humidity in my house, the lady was really giving me a hard time that answers the phone. She's not very nice either. I explained to her that I bought a hygrometer and there was only 24% humidity in my house and I didn't pay all that money for 24% humidity. She just could have been nicer.

Had two plumbing repairs that were done expertly, quickly, and on time. Very reasonable price. That poor man (Dan) worked in the hot weather. He went out of his way to get this job done, and I really appreciate it. We have used Miller NuTech for other, bigger jobs (new HVAC, tankless hot water heater) which were also expertly done and for a reasonable price.

My heat went out on midday Sunday and called them first thing on a Monday. Before 9:30 a.m., I had a serviceman (Joe) working on my boiler and had heat again before 11:00 a.m. Millers installed my AC, did some additional boiler work for me and have always serviced my boiler. They have always been friendly and leave things they way they have found it. There prices are reasonable and comparable to other places in town. I would highly recommend them.

I've tried many company's in the area to service my boiler and this was the only one that was knowledgeable on my equipment. Joe was extremely knowledgeable and was able to get everything working in timely matter. He also took a look at some plumbing issues. Definitely will continue using Joe and Miller Nu-Tech.

On time, thorough with inspection and cleaning of my furnace and very respectful of my house with their clean up. I will be using them for my future needs and recommend them for any kind of work you would need.

Called them out on a Sunday when the furnace wasn't putting out heat. Turned out to be leaves in the intake, about 10 minutes into the required 1 hour call. Tech educated us about the furnace codes and did our yearly maintenance during the remaining hour. Even corrected the summer/winter switch on the whole house humidifier for us. Very happy with their tech and company's service. Will be using them for our periodic maintenance that we never got around to setting up, glad to find a great company for the future needs from a emergency service call.

Recently during our last cold spell our furnace went out I called Miller’s they came out that day and told me we needed a new one. The next day they put one in. The technician Ed was great, very professional, highly qualified in his field couldn’t ask for a better person to do the work. We highly recommend Miller’s Nu-Tech for all your heating and AC needs.

Water heater went out, called around the next day for quotes. Miller's was one of the only places in town that wanted to give a quote over the phone during a pandemic. Person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Their prices are very reasonable and not over the top unlike some other plumbers in town. They also had a water heater in stock and where able to install it they day. The plumber that came out to do the install was nice and courteous, and installed the new unit in what seemed like no time at all. I'll definitely be calling Miller's again in the future for any other plumbing or hvac work.

From the initial meeting with the owner, Neil Miller, to discuss a new furnace/humidifier/air conditioner system installation, Miller’s Nu-Tech was all about high level customer service at every turn.
The 2 day installation and subsequent follow up was an overall exceptional experience.
This company honestly is a bit more expensive than others, but is well worth it.
The technicians: Brett, Ed, Joe and Matt (front office) and Bridget (back office re: rebates) are all personable, respectful, honest and took the time in explaining options available with costs in mind.
The technicians always had cleanliness and safety in mind especially of concern now with the current COVID virus situation. They even wore face masks in a large open basement when nobody else was in the vicinity!
