I have had them come out 4 times over the years for seasonal cleaning and maintenance and just had them install a new A/C system. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They do fantastic work and they stand by it. Customer service and all the techs are always friendly and most importantly get the job done right.

Our furnace was installed wrong by a former owner of our house, so it never wants to kick on in the fall. Collin came out, cleaned it, and updated us on the state of our furnace. We have the protection plan with Iceberg and they always take great care of us.

I would like to give a huge shout-out and kudos to Mark Ludolph who serviced our furnace last week. He came to the house and diagnosed our problem very quickly. He explained in detail the steps he was taken to diagnose the problem and come up with a solution. It's obvious to me, that Iceberg Heating and Cooling hires and trains their people to be the very best.

Showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions I had. Performed general Maintance and cleaning of all parts. Very happy with these guys.

We booked a maintenance and tune up appointment for our residential AC and furnace today. Jeff was our wonderful technician. He very thoroughly explained the items of his maintenance checklist and went above and beyond answering my questions and giving me detailed instructions and tips for preventative maintenance that I could do between Iceberg appointments.
Pricing and recommendations for surge protection were absolutely reasonable. Iceberg Heating & Cooling is by far the most professional HVAC service that I've ever encountered and Jeff is an exceptional team member. My thermostat went out a few days ago. Mark came out, and diagnosed the problem in moments & completed the task in a very rapid manner.

Our heating went out and we didn’t know it until about 1pm! It was down to 55 degrees in the house. Our technician arrived within 90 minutes and had us warming up very quickly! Thank you very much!

Very disappointed in this company
I think more so in the sales person Steven he was very deceptive and certainly didn’t leave any notes. Anything for the installation crew that came because my entire AC and furnace was botched.
The condensation line for my AC unit was supposed to go into the tub plumbing, but instead they stuck the tube drilled a hole in my bathroom wall and stuck the tube down in the tub never in my life. Would I ever imagine a plumber would do this. I then had to have another plumber come in and rectify that cost me another $300 to fix it.
Then, when they put in my furnace, the furnace was supposed to be turned to wear. The filter was going to be in the front and easy to access, but they didn’t get the note on that.. Instead, we have to take the door off the furnace room to change the filter.
So now that they’ve done both of these things wrong it’s also gonna cost me because the bathroom was not even six months old brand new. It’s gonna cost me another $3000 for a contractor to come in and redo the surround that there’s a big hole in there with the tube that’s gonna leak someday and I’m gonna have to have that all redone. The worst part of it is. When I called the manager is gonna be out for another week and a half, and there was nobody nobody that I could talk to, and I am still waiting to hear. New furnace and AC paid almost $11,000 now I gotta pay out more

Colin,who came out for a maintance check on furnace and air conditioner was found to be very informative,polite and knowledgable.
We decided to go for the membership plan, which will be worth the $ saved in the long run.
we are very happy with this company who put in both units last yr. and would recommend them highly.

We called Iceberg for a peace of mind check after hearing unusual noises coming from our furnace. Mark was the pro that came to investigate. After a short period of time Mark was able to pinpoint the problem and fixed the problem. He then ran a diagnostic test that gave us insight on what we need to keep an eye on. Thanks Mark!

My tired and cranky two year old hurt his finger just as Tom and Eric were finishing, and they were super nice about letting me take a few minutes to tend to him and help him calm down. As if that isn't enough said, they were at the house within an hour of calling. Both were courteous and very knowledgeable, explaining the issue and repair in terms I understood. They showed me their measurements and took the time to answer all my questions. Sorry Google, but I am never again searching for HVAC services

Colin showed up timely on an emergency call. He inspected all parts of our heating system to determine why it was not keeping the house warm. He was professional and patient with all my questions. He fixed our issues and stayed around to make certain his repairs fixed all the issues. Colin deserves the highest rankings for his services. Iceberg has earned all our future business.

Connor was absolutely fantastic! He was thorough and explained what he was doing as he worked. He answered every question we had. I highly recommend Iceberg, and specifically Connor, should you have any boiler/furnace issues.
