They do good work once you get past the rude snotty receptionist who takes your call, and they seem to have too much work for the help that they have.

Called for estimate on getting seal replaced(toilet) was told Jay call me back well been. week and no call great service wont you say.

Do not go to this company! Rude service, crazy high prices. They messed up my water heater and charged us 400$ to fix what they did... and wouldnt give us the price until they were done.

Ac outside fan quit running & cooing was not working. Called Sieb & they came the next day, bad capacitor on motor fixed in an hr, running fine now.

They came months ago to give us a price for a walk/in shower. We called numerous times to see what the cost would be. To date never a call back or pricing info.

Chad installed our back up sump pump. Very friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job. Would definitely recommend.

They originally installed a furnace and ac unit almost 30 years ago in our house, just had them install in a new ac and furnace , the 2 installers were were very professional and efficient along with Rob Sieb would highly recommend them!

The work they do tends to result in other problems later on.

Long story short the repairman left one of the waterlines open after beeding the lines and water was leaking for over 24hrs into my basement. No apology from the company itself. Instead they were annoyed we contacted our insurance company because we found the leak after bussiness hours. (We did not know what to do) The company's insurance apologized, and is currently taking care of the situation. This was the first bad experiance I have had with this company, if they would have followed up or even apologized for the inconvience this caused my family I might have contiuned bussiness with them, instead i just recieved the bill....The Company Contacted me through my review on facebook, I contated the office today 4/25 as advised from the below comment and recieved an adjustment on my bill and was able to express my concerns about the visit and how it all went. The Company is doing what they can to make this right & that is all you can ask for. Thank you Sieb for making this right!
