Excellent service and repair! I reached out for an emergency repair and was connected with technician Mark Ludolph. Not only was Mark upfront about costs, but he refreshingly kind over the phone. I decided to go with Iceberg because my gut told me that he would take good care of me during the service. And he did not disappoint. Not only was he thorough in completing the repair, but he patiently answered my questions exhibiting the same care that he displayed over the phone. He even helped me to set up my new thermostat which another company that installed the thermostat should have done. All of this after midnight!!! I can't thank Mark enough. Such a gentleman and expert technician! May God continue to bless you and your family Mark! Thank you Iceberg!

I highly recommend Iceberg heating and cooling. My tech was Connor and it was awesome that he showed me from start to finish and explained what everything was and made sure it was safely working. I feel better in knowing about my furnace. I will definitely be supporting this business going forward and look forward to scheduling in the spring.

I was speaking with my mother about her hvac and I thought I left a previous review here but I guess I did not after checking.. this place is a scam. Last year when my "smart" gas control valve took a crap I called iceberg to come out and help me out. They told me the gas control valve they don't make anymore, good luck finding one on ebay, have to hope it works yadda yadda. Guy gets on the phone with "his boss" "what can we do to help this guy?" Scam playbook play along.. calls back ok looking at $2,500.. sure buddy have a nice day we're not going to waste any more of each other's time. Downriver refrigeration had the part for I believe was $500. 15 mins to replace and that was because of how the furnace is situated in a closet space. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Since this fiasco I have had other people i know have good luck with Justin time mechanical. Just steer clear of iceberg. They look to take advantage of people.

Very kind and polite technicians; however, Having issues with my furnace blower grinding etc. Was told the part wasn't in the area and it would take a week to get it ($1,400 for the job $500 down). Then got caught in total HVAC quote to replace everything (made it clear I just wanted to fan replaced). 4 days later (home quote day) still no call on if the part came in or not. Was told my downpayment would go towards a full HVAC replacement if I decided to that way. Anyway, found the part at 3 different wholesalers in the area and never told if the fan stops it could cause carbon monoxide backup.. $1,400 for a $200 part and 4 bolts seems off..

Jeff showed up quickly went to work and knew his stuff. He was personable and respectful of my home and left everything in great shape. I’d definitely recommend him and Iceberg

Mark was amazing. he was so helpful and friendly. haven’t had a furnace in 7 months. he cleaned it up nice, looked almost brand new. He definitely put his all into fixing it. would definitely recommend this company for your needs. they were all so amazing and helpful. i’m glad i choose them to fix my furnace!!! We had Jeff from Iceberg come out today for a furnace tuneup and couldn’t be happier with the service he provided. He was patient with us during our questions and was great at explaining everything he did. Very knowledgeable about his trade! We would definitely recommend him!

Josh Webb was the service technician who came out and installed emergent new furnace for me. He was very prompt, completed service in timely manner, was kind, knew what he was doing, and offered suggestions for future furnace maintenance. Recently needed a tune up and a cleaning on my furnace and Jeff came right on schedule and got the job done. Can’t recommend iceberg enough for anything heating and cooling related. Huge shoutout to Jeff and iceberg for the quick fix and professionalism. Would recommend him and the company to anybody with their heating and cooling appliances.

Mark was absolutely fantastic, the best person we could’ve asked for. Sometimes God just sends the right people, and Mark was definitely one of them. He took the time to walk me through everything, noticed that I had already tried to fix it myself, and explained everything thoroughly and patiently. He was honest, knowledgeable, well mannered, and just an all around wonderful person. I’m so glad we made the appointment with Mark and Iceberg. They’re officially my go to place, and I’ll be recommending them to everyone!

The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and timely, which is true of every technician we have had to our home from Iceberg Heating and Cooling. This visit was to install a back ordered part. They were in and out. We couldn’t have been happier with our service.

My experience with the service technician was good and I was able to get an appointment quickly to repair my furnace. However, this company is very unethical from my experience. The technician advised me that the blower motor for my furnace was going to cost $2,700 for the part alone. I called another reputable local company after and was told they could get the oem part for just over $700. It appears they are way up-charging their parts to make more money and do not care that they are taking advantage of their customers doing so. I do not recommend this company unless you like paying way more than needed.

Mark came out on a Sunday afternoon to troubleshoot our very old furnace. He was very knowledgeable, and was able to pinpoint the problem immediately. He fixed the issue, and talked through some maintenance points with us to ensure we get the most out of our furnace. We booked him for routine maintenance visits moving forward. Thank you Mark!

If I could leave 100 stars I would. I called several times to keep switching the time, but no problem. Then when Connor showed up, he was AMAZING!!!! Very detail oriented informative about my furnace with a GREAT customer service persona!!!Gave me a quote for what he found and made an appt for someone to come out and price a new unit for me the next day. Did it all quickly and with a SMILE! My forever HVAC people is Iceberg💯

Last summer our 30 yr old AC went out for good, and within four days, Iceberg was here installing a whole new AC/furnace package!! We love them!!
Even just recently, we got the first of our two free maintenance checks. These guys have been wonderful!! We would highly recommend them to others because of their service, price and professionalism!!

Jeff was my service tech. He came out and gave us a detailed explanation about our system. Our system is very old and unfortunately needed to be looked at a few days later. He has gone above and beyond to help us get heat in our house as quickly as possible. I definitely would recommend Iceberg Heating and cooling to family and friends.

Josh Webb and his partner were great to work with. They installed a new furnace in our wet MI basement and did an amazing job. Very polite and respectful. Left no mess behind and made sure we understood everything about our new furnace. They wore shoe covers to come in and out of the house while working.

Hello, I hope this review reaches a form of management. My mom called for service at her Flat Rock home. I was with my mom helping her around the house before I went off to work. They sent out this service tech today (I didn't catch his name, maybe Management could tell from the truck # or the by the license plate, he was driving) - he was very professional, updated my mom with every step that he was taking to ensure the AC Unit was working correctly. The communication between them was outstanding. As a witness, he kept my mom informed of the parts he needed to replace, having the parts readily available on his truck, extremely informative. This employee that you got, is very good at his job. I hope that management understands and admires his work ethics, everything from customer service, communication, going above and beyond.

I am very happy with Iceberg Heating and Cooling! They were very fast extremely professional and highly affordable! I called around before choosing these guys and the price combined with availability left no doubt on who I decided to have come and diagnose the issue! Christian was very kind and informative. I had a great experience with Iceberg. They were able to schedule my furnace inspection within 24 hrs of my call in the midst of a cold front. My technician, Jeff Stamper, was fantastic. He was engaging and patient, explained everything he was doing, and answered all of my questions. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and was clearly an expert who knew what he was doing every step of the way. He was able to identify and fix several problems right on the spot.
