Mike and his team are fantastic. The customer service was tremendous and they went above and beyond to get the job done well. They installed a Backflow preventer for our underground sprinklers, put the sprinklers on a separate meter with the city so we don't have to pay sewer on that water any longer, replaced old shut off valves and rerouted several lines so we could remove a sink and put in new hookups for our washing machine.

I had several questions along the way and Mike always got back to me quickly and was really helpful. I highly recommend Newaygo Plumbing and will be using them in the future for sure.

They’re an awesome team and easy to work with. We called multiple companies, but Newaygo plumbing worked with us and actually told a us a system no one else did! Finished it very quickly and were very professional towards us. Even came back with a slight hiccup we had, We will definitely be using them again!

Wish I could give 10 stars. The team was able to diagnose, source a completely unavailable part, and install quicker than I could have imagined to get the heat back on in my house. Timely, great price, and exceptional service. I will go nowhere else for help when it is needed.

My husband and I built a new house last year. I was impressed with the how Newaygo Plumbing & Heating approached the entire process from design, finalizing the quote, scheduling, installation, and follow-up. Mike and Ryan were both very responsive to emails and phone calls. My questions were answered in a timely fashion. Their staff were professional. Issues were addressed. They explained the entire process to me so I was aware of my responsibilities. Working together we were able to keep things moving along without delays. I highly recommend using them.

They saved the day! Newaygo plumbing came in to rescue us on a nightmare new construction project. They had to start where someone else left off and they got the job done! Their communication is top notch something we really appreciated. Even more their workmanship is fantastic! Will definitely be using, and recommending them in the future.

These guys are awesome! I needed a new furnace and AC unit and couldn't get anyone in Fremont to help. This place called me right back and had someone come out right away to do measurements. 2 days later, my brand new units were installed! I am very impressed with the quality work and how nice the entire staff is! Very pleased with the work that was done! I highly recommend giving them a call!

I never got the pleasure of trying this business out. Which is unfortunate because we are needing a new furnace and central air installed this summer. However after the experience I had with the owners wife who was wearing the companies sweatshirt I’m grateful. After being polite and even saying excuse me and my boys being in their way. She looked at us with disgust didn’t say a word. I thought maybe it’s just her face however after seeing her again in the store. I realized maybe she’s never seen Hispanic people before. I would recommend especially owning a business to treat everyone the way you would like to be treated. After this experience I will never give my business to this company and never recommend it to anyone else. Thank you and have the day you deserve!

Our sump pump was working irradically and we ended up with a partially flooded basement three times within a month. After trying to fix it ourselves each time, we knew it was time to get some help. One phone call produced a very quick and informative visit, an estimate by Newaygo Plumbing, a fair price, and finished job. The plumbers that were sent that day were thorough, quick and professional. They explained everything they were doing and did not leave until they knew 100% that it was running correctly. Okay so what was going to be a great review quickly went into a bad review. I called and got a quote for my client and was told $175 per hour and $105 per hour after that. Work took less than an hour. We get the bill back and it's pushing $300. I just called in to ask why and I'm told that I have to pay for drive time as well. Isn't that factored into the $175 that you are charging me for the first hour? Nope. I made them aware that I was never told anything about drive time and that would have influenced my decision. Instead of being met with understanding, I was instead met with excuses and being hung up on. Highly recommend going with another plumber in the area if you have the choice.

My furnace went out Friday night. I called them first thing Monday morning and Alex was at my house in less than an hour. Got my heat going within 30 mins. He did a amazing job. He was honest. Didn't try telling me I needed more work than I needed. I really appreciate this in a company. Thanks y'all for the speedy and friendly service! I highly recommend this company! 👌

I needed a furnace and a hot water heater, Alex and Dan came to my house, took a total of 3 weeks, and they had all of it up and running. My water heater took 2 days that was take out the old one and put a new one in. I have to say I have never met nicer people. Every mess that was made, they cleaned it up as it was made. They were very polite they even called every morning to let me know they would be on their way. I would hire newaygo plumbing to it all over again. Best ever. Thanks so so much. I look forward to my next project with you guys.

I left this review after Kaitlyn hung up on me abruptly, which felt rude and unprofessional.

She later called back asking if I was the one who posted the review. I thought she was calling to apologize and was even considering removing it. Instead, she talked over me, cut me off, and hung up again, confirming my original experience.

To be fair, Chris was polite and professional. Unfortunately, Kaitlyn’s behavior overshadowed that and reflects poorly on the business overall.

I am posting this review for my in-laws.
We recently had a new furnace and air conditioning put in . I just wanted to say the company was great to work with. I took a picture of the two young men that did the work, they were very professional, polite, did their job in a day, and cleaned everything up, you wouldn’t know they were here. it works great and we Highly recommend them! Sorry, I couldn’t get the picture to post.
