TJ and his crew have been working on a remodel plumbing job for us. They are efficient, have great communication, and have been extremely punctual! We will stick with them for any of our plumbing needs!

We bought a house and Premiere Plumbing was put on our radar. They came out to do one job and ended up doing several. Very knowledgeable, prompt,and affordable. You don’t see that now a days. I will only contact them for anything else plumbing! Amazing company and guys!

Premier Plumbing is the only plumbing company that we use. Not only do they do high quality work, no matter what it is, they are also prompt, fast, friendly and do the work for a better price than any other plumbing company that I’ve ever hired in the past.

They installed my new sink on my kitchen & had to “re-plumb” to make it work. Very efficient. Also, a different time, had to have a new toilet installed after they detected a crack. Work was completed in a timely manner. Very happy with the service that I received.

TJ adjusted his schedule to accommodate our tight deadline when our other plumber couldn’t meet the timeframe. This was great. He was pricey but we were willing to pay for the convenience. However he quoted $1800-2000 for our written scope of work and then surprised us with a bill for over $2800. He communicated mid project that he found extra problems but assured us that he fixed them. A direct quote from him: “Only ran into one repair that was outside of what we talked about and it wasn’t a big deal. We will be back in the morning to finish up.” No extra charges were stated, mentioned, or explained. While the scope of work included testing all appliances for functionality, he stated that the power to the dishwasher wasn’t hooked up and he’s not an electrician so it’s not his problem (he just didn’t turn on the breaker). We asked for a better explanation in a detailed invoice and he refused. When we addressed our concerns with this quality of service he responded by saying that he can charge whatever he wants because there’s a shortage of plumbers and if we disagree with the cost, he will take us to court. This was not the professional response that we expected and it triggered him to set a 3 day deadline to pay or he would slander our names around town and file for court. Would not recommend.

TJ's crew took out a kitchen cabinet and installed a dishwasher purchased from Decker and Sons. The crew was great to work with. They currently are installing a shower/tub unit, replacing a garbage disposal, and replacing some old water and sewer piping. They are a pleasure to work with and make sure they make repairs properly.

Contacted Premier Plumbing for two issues.
First I needed an assessment about a toilet that was loose, TJ arrived when expected- was professional and knowledgeable about the problem. My toilet was repaired and secured correctly in less than 90 minutes. My 2nd issue involved replacement of my kitchen faucet which was leaking and needed replacing. The faucet was ordered and installed on a second service call. Again, on time professional and work completed quickly and the area was left clean and ready for use.

While we had to scale back some of what we originally wanted to do, the original quote from TJ was by far the best. We had an outside spigot, new sump pump and a recirculation pump added to our home.

Let me tell you about the recirculation pump if you don't know what one is. Our Kitchen is about 4 miles from our water heater and takes forever and a lot of water to get hot water to do the dishes. The recirculation pump gives us instant hot water and works great!

Install of everything was done in one day with no mess left afterwards. Great communication and prompt, professional service. Strongly recommend!

TJ and the crew just finished plumbing a home we are building for a client over in Newaygo. I cannot say enough about how professional, and easy to deal with they are. We recently purchased a mobile home cottage in Newaygo on croton pond that needed some plumbing repairs. Premier not only got the job done they did it with speed and efficiency. We were so pleased with their work. They fit us right in and took care of all our needs above and beyond expectations. We will definitely be using them again. Renovating an old house with galvanized steel plumbing and need some work done in the kitchen. They would have worked with the existing pipes but gave us a super competitive estimate to rip and replace everything with PEX. Saved us a ton of money and headaches in the long run!

It was a 2-day job and we figured we'd be without water overnight. They planned it out so that they could leave the water on overnight and cutover to the new pipes in the morning.

Super professional, super friendly and great work. Highly recommend!

Edit: a few months after all the work, we noticed a slow drip at an external faucet down the line from a closed valve. We called Premier to take a look. They showed up quick, replaced the faulty valve and didn't charge us for it. Add "integrity and fairness" to the list of characteristics to describe them. A+.

I'm so thankful for TJ!! We had a "bad smell" problem in the basement we could not figure out for way too long. I called many different plumbers and other companies out but no one had an answer. I finally discovered Sutton & Sons and TJ came through and almost immediately found the issue. Fixed it in less than 20 minutes!
"Thank you" is not big enough for how much relief I feel having this issue finally taken care of. But, THANK YOU!

Sutton and Son's have been a preferred plumbing sub contractor for about a year now with Iltis construction. The staff understands that there are always delays and changes that happen on custom home projects. They are accomodating to new plans, they do nice & clean work, and work well with my new homeowners. If you need plumbing service give them a call you will not be disappointed.

Suttons did a wonderful job for me. I was struggling for a long time with my toilet and they were able to come to the house within a couple days. They came with all the parts needed and got my toilet working great within a couple hours. They were professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them again.
