Newaygo plumbing came out to fix a leaky outdoor valve in winter that made an ice mountain. They found the shut off in the basement (I had no idea) and completed the valve replacement quickly and professionally. They are a caring team. I will call them again.

Dude came over I showed him the problem and let him do his thing (didn't want to hover him I know people don't like that) when he was done he showed me what he pulled out and how he fixed the problem took him 15 mins very professional I definitely recommend

Mike and the crew have always been awesome to work with. They have always showed up on time, communicated well what they were going to do and when they would have it done. We have used them many times, for many different things and have been satisfied every time.

We had numerous toilet issue at our lake house and the Newaygo team came in and found that the last plumber and mis-mounted the toilet flange and that in the other bath the flange was cracked. So after a few hours of toilet time life is better. Very professional and nice people. Our toilet specialists!!!!

Newaygo Plumbing was recommended to us by a friend who had just had the company do all of the HVAC and plumbing in their custom new build. They couldn’t say enough about Mike and his crews. We are doing an addition to our 100 year old home including a main level laundry, hydronic radiant heat system, ¾ bath, and kitchen. Mike, Eric, and Josh are very professional and have done a great job tying the new system into an old system that is quite honestly a mess. They have taken into consideration for future improvements to the property, and built a problem free plumbing system. They are great around the jobsite and have been great about 3 kids and 2 dogs running through the jobsite. We couldn’t be happier with Newaygo Plumbing and because of the complexity of our job we can’t recommend them enough for service, renovations, and new builds.

Very professional. Communication, contact, installation, followup, and support were all amazing. This is my new go to place for all my heating and cooling needs. Has a couple other quotes and proce wise Newaygo Plumbing and heating was competitive, coming in a little higher, but was worth the small difference in price. They asked all the right questions on consultation, bringing up things the others did not. They also ran into issues during install and successfully worked around them woth zero problems. Also informed me the need of a relay on my add on wood stove, which I installed and worked based on their suggestion. I installed the power and whip, and they deducted that cost from the final invoice without me even asking. If you need anything and want to have a company woth professionalism and integrity, I would highly recommend them as your ho to solution also. On a side note, the air conditioner has been a godsend this past summer. Thank you Newaygo Plumbing!

Had to call out over holiday weekend due to water heater fail. The technician did a repair to pipe work so we could turn water back on. He gave recommendation on new heater based on our needs rather than cost. Returned today to replace water heater. Very professional when dealing with both us and our home warranty company. Will be using them again for further work we need doing and highly recommend them to others.

Never again- they switched out 2 shower fixtures- cut two holes in my drywall- left it open and said they don't do dry wall repair. Then charge me $1400. Expensive AH- cause damage then leave. Seriously?? RUN DON'T WALK.

All of the technicians were professional and very helpful. They installed our plumbing and mini split heating/cooling system in a timely manner and were very thorough. I would recommend their service to anyone. Best quality work I’ve ever experienced.
