I’m so impressed!! My Mom’s furnace broke down last night and after calling so many places and only getting A.I. virtual responses by so many other HVAC companies, the owner of Quality Air called me back last night and he was not only friendly, but showed so much compassion, integrity and honesty!! He came out and found out what was wrong and then he came back this morning with the parts and we got heat back, just in time for Christmas!! I know another company would have said we need a new furnace! This is my furnace and cooling company from now on!! Thank You So Much!!!

I called around 6pm and spoke with Adderly. I had already determined that I had a bad blower motor. It's a $125 part when ordered online. Shipping takes time though, and that isn't good for January in Michigan. Adderly let me know he would have to check on the part in the morning. I could manage one night with space heaters. He called me back the next morning and had the part. He came out and replaced it in no time. The heat was back on. I cannot express how thankful I am to Adderly. He is genuinely a really nice guy and fair. If you need work done, this is the guy I would trust to do it.

We have used their services 4 times now. Each time it gets better. Their prices have yet to be beaten. Always try to come out same or next day. Treat loyal customers great. We will continue to use their services always.

My 32 year old furnace broke. I called and within an hour the owner came to my house to check it. Being as old as it was parts were not available. It's a busy time of year for them but he came the next day and worked into the evening to install a new one by himself. Very nice gentleman and very professional. I would recommend to anybody. Great service.

Adderly was fantastic! I called at 10:30 pm on a Friday night. I didn’t leave a message, and he called me back at 11:00pm. He came out on Saturday to look at my furnace. He was very thorough in his explanation of the issue with my furnace. He installed a new furnace on Monday. I would recommend them to anyone!

Had two experiences with Adderly and Quality Air Control. Which seemed to be on what was the hottest and coldest days of the year. This summer our air conditioner was on the fritz and they were able to arrive same day, diagnose the problem and make the repair the same day. Great service and reasonably priced.
Again this past week on the coldest day this winter, our furnace was not turning on. Adderly was able to come take a look on an already fully booked schedule, diagnose and got the furnace running the same day. Thier customer service has been excellant and would recommend thier services to all my friends and family.

Excellent experience! I called after 7:00 p.m. on a cold Tuesday, without a functional furnace and using room heaters. I was able to obtain an appointment for the next morning. Adderly (sp?) arrived around 10:30 a.m. the next day and had my new thermostat installed, furnace analyzed for any issue and furnace blasting heat shortly thereafter. He kept me informed throughout and explained some potential issues I should be aware of in the future. Super service, fairly priced, kind, smart and competent technician. Specifically, without hesitation, I would recommend the technician that completed my issue, Adderly, Quality Air Control.

Let me start by saying that I'm the type of customer/homeowner that cares about job quality and excellent customer service when looking for a new contractor. Adderly and Mike were a real pleasure to work with and would not hesitate to hire them again for my next HVAC needs. My furnace and AC were in desperate need of replacement and my furnace probably would've never made it through another winter. For this project, I ended up getting multiple quotes from different reputable companies in my area and they all came pretty much close to the same dollar amount. Which company do you hire you might ask? Well, Adderly made my decision easy! from our initial conversation over the phone, the day of the estimate, installation day, and project completion - Adderly showed excellent customer service and professionalism. It is also important to mention that Adderly's install skills are TOP NOTCH and can't not be ignored or go unnoticed (attention to detail is key). Shout-out to Mike as well for the excellent customer service and job well done! Do you have any questions related to your recently installed system? No problem! Mike will answer any questions, and not only will you get the technical knowledge, but he will also show/demonstrate how your new system works (newer systems are a bit more complicated). Adderly and Mike did an outstanding job and would/will highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a new HVAC system. These guys are the real deal! So, to anyone looking for a heating and cooling company, do yourself a favor and make Quality Air Control your first and final call since you will not be disappointed with the results.
