I paid $248 for move-out cleaning service because I was recovering from COVID and dealing with anxiety and depression on top of that. The Sweep website claims that "This option will take care of everything needed for a smooth move in / move out experience." Unfortunately that wasn't the case. They threw away a few things they shouldn't have (molding that had fallen down, a toilet seat lid, and a curtain/curtain rod). We left the place empty of all of our belongings, and they threw away stuff that belonged to the landlord. Luckily we went back after and dug everything out of the trash. They also didn't touch any of the walls and left them dirty. It doesn't make sense to clean literally everything else, but leave the walls dirty. That doesn't create a "smooth move out experience."

Before I catch any flack, I did voice my dissatisfaction to the company, and they refused to remedy the problem. They called me negligent instead. 👍

Edit: I added back on a star for the people who actually do the cleaning, because the cleaning they did do was very well done.

We have developed such a great relationship with our cleaning person that I request them every week. It’s great being on a schedule and knowing I can depend on him to show up and do a great job. I was having issues keeping the grout clean in the master bathroom and our cleaner went as far as googling to find out more options that I hadn’t tried yet and he succeeded! So grateful for the service.

Sweep LLC exceeded my expectations! The options available are fairly priced and their level of service is impeccable. Deep cleaning has been hard for me lately due to my mental health, so coming home to a clean house was an absolute relief. Now I just have to focus on keeping my spaces functional and I know that I can turn to Sweep LLC when things get tough.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the cleaning service! the lady was very nice but the level of cleaning was not good, even though we did order deep cleaning. She said that she was sent by someone else not the actual person who has to be there to clean, i'm not sure how that works! We had to clean the whole thing again ourselves.

Sweep, well what can I say it’s the most time efficient way to get rooms in your house clean. Why waste time doing it yourself when you can simply go on the app order a cleaning and then go on with your day. I’m sure there are people like me who would much rather spend time enjoying the day instead of cleaning. Sweep is fast, easy to use, and you can get rooms cleaned with the touch of your smartphone.

Sweep is the way to go! Why spend the day after work cleaning your house when you can have it all done by the time you get home! The sweepers are super friendly, and they do an amazing job! Plus the app makes everything super easy and convenient.

I have been very happy with Sweep! We started using Sweep after my hip surgery that has been on crutches for the next few months and I wanted to take some of the responsibilities off my husband. The cleaners we have had have been kind and do well cleaning. Sweep has been are super responsive to emails and very personable. My only thought is that it can get expensive, so we had to go every other week instead.
