Riverside cleaning co is a top notch cleaning company. Over the years it’s been hard to find that one great company that listens to your requests but Riverside does and gets the job done. They are very through and having a toddler and 2 pets it’s hard to keep up with the mess and hair. It’s refreshing to walk into a clean picked up house once Riverside is done. They also use great products that don’t leave your home smelling like cheap chemicals like all our other companies we have used in the past.

It was a pleasure to work with Riverside Cleaning. Kris was honest, attentive, and very professional. We had a timeline to get our home ready to sell and he made that happen. Tim and his team worked diligently until the job was complete and aligned with our expectations. I would definitely use Riverside Cleaning again and highly recommend them.

She is always on time, very thorough in her cleaning, is a wonderful person and is great with our kids too. She’s always asking is there is anything she can do more. Riverside is our first experience with a cleaning service, been with them for a couple years, and we will likely judge any future providers by their high standard. Coordination with days/time of service with management always good. People who come (good people we usually know from repeat visit to our house) always do the basics really well, including extensive hardwood floors, but also focus on any areas we ask. Bottom line is when we come home, the place "smells" clean ... as in does not smell like anything but freshly cleaned.

Riverside Cleaning has been doing our office for months now and the service and communication is exceptional. Our office is a bit of a challenge with (4) dogs here daily but Jenna (our regular cleaner) is amazing, and this place always looks so nice the next day! Jenna is punctual, hardworking and communicates with us when we're low on supplies for the office. Kris the owner is great with communicating schedules and keeps us posted on what to expect if any changes. Thank you Riverside for keeping our office clean :)

We just started as a customer of Riverside Cleaning, here at Orka Automation, and they have been great from the first phone call. They understand customer service and have been attentive to learning about our offices. I have been working with Riverside Cleaning for a couple years now and have been very pleased with the several housekeepers who have cleaned for me. They have all been on time as promised, professional in their service, polite and friendly. As with any service providers, some are more “ service minded” than others while a few are head and shoulders above. For me, that one person is Brooke. She is always on time, dedicated to her work and takes pride in what she does and how she does it. The clear difference to me is her attention to details. For example it’s folding and spacing towels in the bathrooms or the stove handle or neatly placing and arranging shoes on the rug by the back door. Brooke always has a ready smile and I enjoy talking with her. What I’ve noticed is that she doesn’t stop to talk but continues the conversation while working. I have recommended Riverside Cleaning to several people and will continue to do so. And I am pleased to praise Brooke as your outstanding employee!!
