Jim from Metro Electric performed annual maintenance on my Generac generator today. He was professional, polite and answered all my questions. I use Metro electric for all my electrical needs. They installed 5 new outlets and a whole house surge protector last fall and that was also a pleasant experience.

Amazing customer service. Contractors were respectful, quick and efficient. Extremely satisfied with metro electrics employees and their service. I feel comfortable knowing we have no worries when the power goes out. A sincere thank you to the staff and crew members that worked with us ☺️

TJ and his guys from Metro Electric were great! They did a whole house generator install. When they were finished you couldn’t tell they had been there.

Overall great experience. The team upgraded my electrical panel and installed an EV car charger in under 8 hours. I appreciate them labeling all the circuit breakers too!

Dan was great. Especially coming New Years Eve. He determined the problem systematically and resolve our power outage. We will definitely use Metro and hopefully Dan again.

I’m not a big review giver but I have to write one for my man Adam and the team at Metro. From the very first phone call to set up an estimate to the last call about setting up an inspection, this company is A+. Adam explained every step and even possible speed bumps that could arise. He and another electrician and an apprentice upgraded my panel and installed a heater in my garage. The price was very reasonable and the work was exceptional. I can not say enough good things about this company! Thank you so much!
