If you’re looking for an electrifying experience, look no further—these folks will literally light up your life. I called them for a simple GFCI outlet fix and now my house could probably launch a space shuttle. The technician showed up on time, which frankly felt like witchcraft, and he had the audacity to be both polite and competent. He didn’t even sigh dramatically when I explained how I “might have tried to fix it myself.” Prices were shockingly reasonable—see what I did there? The whole process was so smooth, I half expected them to install a red carpet and offer Champagne. Honestly, if all electricians were like this, I’d start inventing electrical problems just to see them again. Five stars, but only because I can’t give six without violating Google Review guidelines .

Our personal technician is Connor and after several calls and visits, I am confident, he has a mental wiring schematic of our home in his brain. Metro Electric is watts up.

Metro Electric stepped up again. There was going to be a delay in my routine maintenance on my generator, but Metro Electric was able to send Alex out to get it taken care of. He was punctual, polite, knowledgeable, and explained everything.

The entire process was a 5 star plus, from getting a quote to the install and training! Whatever this company is doing to have such a great workforce to deal with keep it up! The install crew was so polite to myself and my dog's, which customer service is huge to me. They showed up on time and crushed it out of the park! I wanted to show some appreciation and picked up some BBQ to snack on while they were working! Great crew and company to work with hands down! I already have a few friends interested in calling you to get quotes. Thanks for everything!

Dan performed a highly professional installation of my Tesla wall-charger. He answered all of my questions satisfactorily and had knowledge of the product consistent with my own research. Since the install nearly 3 months ago now, I've had no issues with the charger. I'm very happy with the quality of his workmanship and there was very minimal modification to my premises to complete the work. Top job!

Both Dan and Brett were very professional. They explained what work was going to be done and the cost . We also thought the ten point inspection was informative and pointed out things that needed to be addressed. Those items where resolved

I really appreciated that Metro Electric sends a text message prior to arrival that includes a photo of the technician, which adds an extra level of comfort and security.

Everyone, I tried to get my installer and others come out when my generator went done and everyone was a week out. I called Metro and they came out the same day but that was not what impressed me most! When I called the attendant was very pleasant and said she could help me but first she wanted to tell me something before I booked them for the job. She wanted me to know they have been around for 25 years, technicians were vetted for drugs and alcohol and were all vetted and trained for certification! She also said they don’t work on anything that is not installed per code. Whaaat? Who does this in the vulture world we live in? I said, ah yeah, I’m good send the tech! Nathan showed up and could not have been nicer and got me up and running in an hour. I am kind of tough when it comes to contractors and I was shocked at the customer service here. Metro for now on!
