Nate & Brent texted before arriving. The work was done proficient hands were cleans no finger prints on the ceiling.😀 Nate explained everything and they installed two new ceiling lights and checked my electrical box to make sure everything is up to code and working well (BTW no extra charge) I will call Metro Electric for future work as needed. Patrick has been to our home twice. He is very polite and knowledgeable about how everything works with our Generac generator. Full service tune up and oil change. Made sure everything is 100% ready to go. Did the simulation of a power outage everything checked out great. Thank you for a great experience. Metro electric sets the standard for customer service, This is an update to many prior reviews over the years and they have never disappointed. They wired my Jacuzzi,retired my whole house due to my remodeling projects and installed a general. Every time they courteous on time and had all the parts I needed in there trucks and did the work correctly and fast. I know trades pretty well and I know for certain there's prices are spot on no upsetting therefore I choose metro everytime.Thank you Allen Jewell

I think Nathan has been here for many of our yearly generator inspections. That speaks volumes for your company on being able to retain high quality employees. It's always easy to schedule a visit that fits our schedule. Your employees arrive on time and seem to enjoy what they do. They always go over everything they've done and take their time to answer our questions. Most importantly, they do not flinch at our four-legged companions when they continously bark at them. Great job! Highly recommend!
