Rude employees park unused trailers and trucks in residential areas blocking driveways and street area. Should move this stuff out of the way once equipment offloaded instead of inconveniencing residents.

Your company came to save a large dying oak tree. It was quick and done right; hopefully it will yield good results. You also cut down some older "trees" in our backyard (mostly stumps) and the yard looks cleaner.

Service was organic lawn care, plus overseeding for neighbor's lawn. Can't tell if the lawn care treatments are having an effect, but the topsoil dump and oveseeding was a partial success. We would appreciate a heads up call prior to the next treatment visit so we can be sure we unlock the gates for backyard access.

Hard, impossible to get equipment through the fence, 2 Camelot arborists spent hours with the expertise of surgeons, climbed up our aging tree and pruned away! We were quite happy and will have them return in the Spring to treat our trees.

Had Todd out to look at a sick maple. Told me is was transplant shock and needed a tea treatment. This was on may 25th. We both agreed this needed to be done asap. He implied it would be done in a week. After 2 weeks I called spoke with Clint. He told me he would leave Todd a message.after a few days . (No return call) I call back and speak with Amanda and express my concern that the treatment has not been done and the tree is declining. She explained she will give Todd a message. A few days later ( no return call).I called today and spoke with Sandy and cancelled. Poor poor service.

Lack of communication with this year with my service. When they showed up the did the wrong bushes. Staff at office was no help, no one interested in listening or correcting he issue. unable to reach any leadership that cared. When inquiring about services I was given multiple different answers and amount of treatments. would not reccommend
