I used Natural Way many years ago and stopped after they killed my lawn with a poor fertilizer application. Now they call me all the time to use them again. Today they called me 3 times back to back while i was in a meeting. I thought maybe it was an emergancy call from my childrens school or wife. No, it was a sales call to get me to use thier service again. So glad I had to excuse myself from a very important meeting to take that call.

We are very pleased !! Our lawn needed a lot of help..after a couple years from different companies with horrible service ….this year it looks great ! It is money well spent! They are very prompt and professional! Highly recommended😊

This is my third year using this service. They are always on time, easy to work with and compatible price. I like the discount when you pay for the whole season . I’m planing on use them again next season.

We have used Nature Way for several years now. We have had great luck and continue to have one of the best-looking lawns in the neighborhood. The other lawns that look good also use Natural Way. :)

I am pleased except when I had a problem with my lawn it was another treatment - and another charge. They had been doing my lawn since March so I should not have had a problem. I see lots of people are having trouble with their lawn services. I would like to know when they will be here so I would be home.

Very happy with the service and results of Natural Way taking care of my lawn. Everything looks great. Very green, weed free yard. Strongly recommend them.

Poor communication unless they are trying to sell you services. No notice of service schedule, unresponsive website, unresponsive to emails, office phone hours only operate till 5pm. It became my problem I didn't connect with someone to discuss services before they arrived and left a bill. Be careful what you say during their sales calls as they will record them and use against you to bill as they please.

I've used Natural Way for the last few years and I am more than satisfied with their service. I hire them before the start of the season and they keep my lawn healthy and beautiful throughout the season.

After 2yrs, they decided not to apply grub control. Now my front lawn is destroyed. My 2 calls for concern were ignored. 3rd call requesting a remedy was also ignored. Look for further for a more professional company.

Natural Way is very professional and only treats grass you have contracted with them. My grass looks great and I have seen a lot of my neighbors have contracted them for services too!😊

Whenever I have an issue, be it pest or lawn related - Natural Way is responsive and takes care of the issue promptly. They have great communication and priced competitively, my go to for well over a decade.

Instead of pulling out the big machine during 60 degree weather with soggy and soft grass he decided to walk our property and spread the treatment walking and using a hand spreader.

I certainly appreciate him going over and above and truly going the extra mile.

I'm sure with this warm saw spring the four-wheel motorized spreader would have definitely left its mark on my lawn.

I'm thankful that this season's Tech was an out-of-the-box thinker and I go getter, sparing my lawn any damage

Have used Natural Way for years. They always address any issue we have with our lawn and always keep it looking great. We have also used them to fertilize our trees and they brought back pine trees that we were sure we were going to lose. Highly recommend.

I was previously using Scott's Lawn Care but they were sold to TruGreen and I was not happy with there Trugreen services.

After searching on Angie's List website saw the great reviews for Natural Way and gave them a shot. I have been using for 2 years and my lawn has never looked this good. In addition, they also provide tree and shrub services with certified professionals which I utilized to give me great tips to help improve my tree which were having issues.

The fertilizing does the job it's supposed to do. However, I still have some lingering weeds and other type of grass issues which apparently isn't part of the program. Over the past couple of years, there were times that I had to call to remind them I wasn't serviced latestly, they said it was due to their lack of manpower. Anyway, their prices are competitive and will probably use them again.

I have been a customer for 9 years. They have kept my lawn looking great with no worries. They are also very responsive when I would have some weeds pop up and took care of them by some spot treatments no charge!
