Since I moved into my current home Star has been providing service for my heating system. They installed it originally too - that was for the previous owner. I could not be happier with their service. It is great service and super fairly priced. It’s a terrific thing when you move to a new area and find a contractor like Star that can be relied on to take care of stuff expertly with a fair price and are friendly and professional.

I had a negative experience with Fresh-aire when one of their drivers hit my car in the parking lot. When I confronted the driver, he initially claimed to be unaware of the incident and apologized. However, upon reviewing the CCTV footage, it became apparent that he was lying to avoid taking responsibility. Despite the company's initial assurances that they would compensate me for the damage caused, they have since gone back on their word and are now refusing to pay. As a result, I am left with no choice but to pursue legal action in order to have my car repaired.
