Helped us with an “operator error” as we just moved in and apparently the panel on the thermostat comes off that we were unaware of to turn the ac/heat on/off.
They were nice and courteous.

Spiros and his assistant came out at my request to service my gas fireplace that wouldn’t stay lit. To start with, my appt was between 4 and 5 PM ( not sometime between 8am and 5pm!) That alone is awesome! They went right to work prepared to fix the problem until I asked about installing a remote. He didn’t have time to do it then but put me back on the schedule for two days later. They just left, my house is clean, my hearth is clean!
My fireplace works with a touch of a button!!!!
(It’s an old fireplace so I think they probably did more than they charged me for! So great value!!!!)

Our fireplace had an issue where it would turn off after 2 hours of use. Spiros came out and determined it to be a faulty switch. We now have full use of the fireplace. Spiros was very patient and answered any questions I had. He was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend.

I had Atlas come service my furnace, inspect my gas fireplace and quote a new furnace and I would recommend them. The technicians were on time and very friendly. They gave me a good run down of the work they performed and went over different options for my furnace replacement that would work best for me.

Spiro and his assistant Nate did a great job. My house had no heat and I was able to get an appointment with them the next day! They were very friendly and I am very happy with the job they did!

Atlas installed a new AC unit for me on 06/20/22. I was able to quickly setup a same day appointment using their website. On the day of the appointment, I was able to get a fair quote, secure financing and get the right details to home warranty to open a claim. The AC was installed 48 hours later with no problems, the whole process was fast and smooth, thanks Atlas! Highly recommended!

We just moved into our home a few months ago and our ac had stopped working out of nowhere. The previous owners had left us their heating & cooling contact.I called them and they came out on Friday. They claimed we needed to get a new furnace right away and that our computer on our furnace wasn’t connecting to our thermostat. We didn’t have a good feeling about them so I called Atlas today for a second option and they came within a few hours and fixed the issue in less than 15 mins. Spiros knew exactly what the issue was and saved us thousands of dollars. Turns out the previous company was just trying to scam us!!! They disconnected our thermostat and furnace.. The only issue with our ac unit was the battery needed to be changed on the thermostat!!!!! Thank you Atlas heating and cooling!! The must honest and caring company I have ever used!! We will continue using you and recommending you!!

Spiros’s customer service went above and beyond. We had a Trane furnace under warranty where the blower motor went bad and was on backorder for 8+ weeks in late winter/early spring. Spiros moved heaven and earth with the supplier to find a suitable replacement. A lot of businesses wouldve just shrugged and said, “Not my fault”, but he went the extra mile because it bothered him that a family of six was without heat. I appreciate that.

I was very pleased with Atlas Heating & Cooling. First, I was happy for the fact that Spiros actually showed up for the scheduled appointment on time. I can't believe this should be considered good but a different company blew off 3 appointments in 3 days which was quite frustrating. Spiros quickly figured out the issue with my air conditioning system and had it fixed in 10 minutes. I loved how quick he was, got the job done and did not try to charge me for unnecessary work, etc. He just seemed like a nice and honest guy so will definitely consider him for future heating/cooling repairs in the future.
