First time using Atlas and it was a great overall experience. Spiros and Nathan did a great job installing a whole house dehumidifier as well as tune ups on the AC and furnace. They asked good questions and explained everything they were going to do before starting so I knew what to expect and could offer input. Price was reasonable and right in the middle-range of what I would expect.

Will definitely be calling them again for future work.

I checked many other companies that were high in prices, but his prices was more ease on the wallet. They did a great job and in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves very Professional. I had my fireplace repaired by Spiros I was pleased to receive a text/picture prior to him arriving. He was very professional. He gave me 2 possible options that could be wrong and the cost of both. Luckily, for me it was the cheaper option. He fixed the fireplace quickly and cleaned up everything. I will definitely use Atlas for any heating and cooling concerns.

This was our second experience with Atlas and we will certainly call them again the next time we need HVAC work. Spiro was fast and efficient. He is friendly and professional. He answered all of my questions clearly and gave me common sense explanations. He explained how to best use the new system and what to look for, both good signs and bad signs. He gave me better maintenance tips than are in the manual. Overall an excellent service call.

Quite honestly the best HVAC technicians in Detroit, period. these guys know what they're doing, they are honest, and fix it right the first time. I don't use anyone else, regardless of cost. You WON'T be disappointed these guys have been around for awhile and there's a reason for it.

Our blower motor went "out" yesterday and first thing this morning AC Engineers was already at the door to fix it. The house has already cooled down, the new motor was replaced in record time (this motor is so quiet, btw, that I can barely hear it LOL); the repairman, Sean H, was very efficient, friendly and fast.

Quick response time! Had a tech to my home within an hour of me calling. Very professional and polite technician. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. The only company I trust! Highly recommend!

What can I say about ACE but outside, both ACE and their service technician, Brian. Arrived as scheduled. Very detailed on our issue and repair recommendation. I'd highly recommend ACE and will look to them in the future on heating and cooling issues and recommendations.

The technician was very courteous, knowledgeable, and efficiently serviced my air conditioner and adjusted a line on the furnace that had leaked water. He immediately covered his shoes before walking in my house, I apprecated that very much.

Justin G arrived promptly. I received a call. He assessed the problem quickly and proceeded to fix the air. He was very knowledgable. He explained everything so I could understand. Very personable and friendly.

I had a problem with water seeping from under our furnace, which was installed in the spring. First tech did not correct the problem. Isaac H. was the second tech to come out and address the issue. He was extremely friendly, patient, and efficient, but above all, he corrected the problem. Not only would we use Air Conditioning Engineers again, we would request Isaac H . Five star company.

Fantastic place and people. Over the years I've been here a few times for parts and they always go out of their way to help, including for wierd unusual parts. I have neighbors who have used them for repairs and replacement who have had great things to say about them and also recommend them. Always honest and straight, seemingly less common in this industry. Recommend.
