Shelby Mechanical should be the first place you call regarding all of your plumbing issues. I was referred to them by the Inside Outside Guys Show on 760AM radio show. They did not disappoint. They were very accommodating, honest, very reasonable, and professional. They diagnosed the issue with my tap and main sewer line, suggested an approach to resolve it, and provided additional preventive measures after completing the work to prevent future back-ups. What I appreciated most was that I was out of their area, where they normally work, and they went out of their way to help me. A huge thank you to Leanne, Justin, and Ryan! You guys were great!

I am beyond happy with a quality job done by Ryan who was able to replace old leaking pipes, fix the toilet, snake and camera the main, triple test final function, and all for less than originally quoted. He was professional, prompt, honest, an awesome communicator, and he left the job site (my home) clean. Shelby Mechanical was recommended to me and now I know why.

Jason was the tech who came out. (A) earlier than I anticipated, (B) was not put off by my dogs, who know NO personal space and (C) was able to fix my issue right away! If you have a plumbing issue, give them a call. I got a free estimate and A+ service at a fair price.

Paul did an amazing job removing the old laundry tub and pump. He was on time and communicated throughout the process of what he was doing. He replaced the water line shutoff to the ice maker. The new set up looks great and is more functional. Prior to leaving he made sure everything was picked, clean, and orderly like it was when he arrived. Many kudos to Paul!

I had my main drain backing up in my basement. I called them around 3 pm on a Monday and they were out to my house by 11:30 Tuesday. Ryan was great with understanding the issue and fixed what needed to be done. I will definitely be calling them again.

Great attitude, good price, and quickly done tankless water heater. We got the Rinnai with recirculating option. And for a bonus they moved it to an outer wall give us another 30 sq ft of storage space where the heater was. Well done and thank you sirs.

The 5 star reviews of Shelby Mechanical are no joke. Had them out a month ago for another project and Marcus came out Tuesday to repair my main line connection inside the house that was leaking. Arrived early, pleasant, professional and top notch work. He also did up an estimate on a couple other things I would like done in the future. These guys are the real deal.

Jason came out today to replace my indoor water meter and replace 3 shutoff valves. I was impressed with the service when he came out to assess the situation a couple weeks ago and even more impressed when he returned today after the village delivered the replacement meter to do the work. It turned into be a little bit of a bear of a job, but Jason was great through all of it, explaining everything every step of the way. Extremely professional and friendly. From the service to the staff at the office, this was a great experience. Will never go anywhere else for my plumbing needs.

Dan came out same day we called. Fixed leaking tub drain very creatively without have to cut any drywall. Excellent job and service. Would strongly recommend to others.

Dan did a great job explaining what he was doing and what I needed to do to prevent future problems. He didn’t rush into his work but carefully planned how to install the back up sump pump to make it easy to remove, replace, or repair the primary and secondary pumps. He cleaned up after he completed the work. If I have plumbing needs in the future I want Dan to do the work. Thanks again Dan!
