My furnace went out on a weekend I was out of town. I called on a Monday morning as a new customer. They were at my house within 45 minutes to fix the issue. I was very happy with how quickly they responded, and with their customer service.

Called them about 7 PM the furnace had gone out they came out very quickly and got us up and running! Great work furnace runs better now than it did before ! We would highly recommend them and will call them again if needed! Dan and Nancy Crock

I have been a customer for 20 years. I wouldn't use anyone else. Dan Boniface is a professional, businessman and he knows what he is doing. It is nice to find someone out here like that.

I couldn't get my boiler to light in my house after the previous owner emptied propane and got air into the system. I called Boniface and talked to Deb she said they were really busy and would probably be 2 days until someone could come out. She ended up calling me back 20 mins later and said she can send someone right away. Dale showed up and bled my system of air and got my boiler to fire up. A+++ service and super fast. I highly recommend!!!

I scheduled an appointment with them by phone last week Thursday to come out the following Wednesday. I’m made contact via email and telephone. I took the day off work the day of the appointment and when I called Wednesday morning (Today) to find out what time to expect a service technician, I was told that my appointment never got recorded and that they would not be able to come out until Friday. When I informed them that this was not acceptable, the lady was apologetic and said they are “human”. While I can accept that mistakes happen, I can’t just take multiple days off during the week at their convenience. By the end of the conversation I was told they could try to get a service tech out by the end of the day which will be around 4pm. I will update my poor review of this company if they show up today and if their service warrants. I chose this company based on their 5 star reviews. Needless to say I’m disappointed so far.

I called to have a technician come out and quote some duct work (which mind you was disconnected from my home and blowing freely into my crawl space) gentleman came out the next day while I was at work he called and said he had been to my home and would call back with a quote to repair it when he returned to his office… I never heard back and still haven’t! Thanks for wasting my time.

Bill was great! He fixed my furnace and graciously came back first thing the next morning to address another issue with it. Professional and knowledgeable. Boniface will be my go to from now on!

I arrived home to my air conditioner just making a buzzing noise and my home being 80+ degrees. With more hot days to come I started calling any heating and cooling company I could think of. After explaining my issue I was verbally quoted anywhere from $2500- $7500 with all of them thinking I at least needed my A/C unit replaced maybe heating unit / coil as well. I reached out to a friend of mine and he said he only uses Boniface. Per his recommendation I called the next morning. The lady that answered the phone stated that she thought it was a simple fix and had a service person in my area and could meet me at my convenience. In less than 2 hours and less than $200 the wonderful service tech had my A/C running better, smoother and quieter than it had in years. From now on I will tell anyone that will listen to call Boniface for their heating & air conditioning needs.

Very friendly and super helpful! We had some issues switching our furnace to natural gas after moving our mobile home and this company has went above and beyond to help us find the orfice we needed and to figure everything out. After our furnace stopped working on a Friday night, I called for help locating the part that needed replacing since my husband was able to do the repair if he had the part. I was incredibly impressed with how patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and honest the owner was. He went above and beyond in order to help us get the part late at night on a weekend and was fair and honest. He definitely ensured we will go to him with any future heating and ac work we need done.

This is by far the most helpful business I’ve ever dealt with. They do go above and beyond. I wouldn’t call any other hvac company, ever!

They were wonderful. Repair guy was so nice. Fixed my air conditioner in about 30 mins. It is an old unit and thought we would need a new one, but nope! They did my furnace anout 7 years ago and I thought they were awesome then!

Have struck out on every other company in Hastings standing me up or charging me hundreds just for my furnace to break the very next day and them to tell me I’m out of luck. But not this company I called Boniface to express my problems and they were immediately sympathetic. Being a new homeowner they tried to talk me through some issues it could be. When we weren’t able to work it out on the phone they were at my place two hours later and had my furnace up and running after being without heat for 3 weeks. Good people great service.

Boniface was not only one of the most affordable quotes I received, but one of the best quality. I had them install a new furnace and install central air for the first time. They even referred me to a super affordable electrician for the work I needed to set up our home for central air. Deb also applied a $100 off coupon on our central air unit and our furnace giving us $200 when we had not even realized the coupons existed. She could have not said anything and made another $200 but she helped me keep money in my wallet. I will not ever use anyone else for heating and cooling as long as I live in the area.

We had the Boniface team come out and move my brother n laws heat oil tank and rehook up. It was very professional and in a timely manner .thank you guys for the great service!

The crew at Boniface completed an install of a new furnace and AC unit. Very satisfied with their competitve price, proffesionalism, skills and efficiency. Jake and crew were nothing short of excellent. Deb in the office was very helpful and took care of all rebates and warranty. Dale, who quoted the project was extremely knowledgeable and specified right sized equipment with appropriate features and options. Boniface was the right choice!!

Amazing service! I called during the heatwave for a broken AC unit and they made sure to get out to me the next day. The technician was very kind and took the time to explain to me a few things that could lead to further issues later on, and suggesting a for how to fix them myself. I am extremely grateful for their service!

A/C stopped working Sunday 8/10/25.
Called and made an appointment for Monday.
Problem was remedied by 10:00.
Highly satisfied customer since 2002.
Would recommend to anyone.

This company is AMAZING. They went so far above and beyond for my parents today with their air conditioning issue. The owner even stayed after the appointment to check a couple other things to make sure they were safe and taken care of. I cannot recommend them enough!
