Dan came to our home in Martin. He was just as kinda as can be. He got our propane appliances up to code and even went above and beyond during the process. The cost was fare and below the quote! I know who I'll be reaching out to in the future if I need some help, and I'll be recommending them when the opportunity arises! I'm very pleased!

I have used them before and always done their job. But he came in to my house for a furnace inspection, entered very rude and ending with taking my cover off my furnace and saying he’s gonna get a tape measure to never coming back while leaving the cover off my furnace. Mind you my furnace may be old but the only issue I ever had was needing a new thermal cuppler that he installed a month ago, which I had the receipt. He was very unprofessional and lied to the person interested in my house saying he put a new blower in a month ago, which was NOT true! They installed my ac unit almost 2 years ago and had to replace the blower then, due to it not connecting properly to the newer AC unit being installed. On top of that he tells the person looking at my home that he would be shocked if the furnace made it until spring, which that’s a bold statement seeing how I’ve only needed the thermal cuppler replaced in my 11 years at the home. He could’ve been more professional and stated that the furnace is old and I recommend it be replaced but is still in working condition. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone again and am mortified how rude he was!

Christmas Eve, furnace quits. I called Boniface and Mike came out within a couple of hours. He got right to work and was thorough. Got us going in no time. Super good experience.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. Our furnace blower motor went out, and they were able to come out the same day.

The technician Mike was professional and knowledgeable. They had the part on hand, replaced the blower motor quickly, and made sure everything was running perfectly before they left.
Pricing was fair, the service was fast, and the whole experience was stress-free. It’s hard to find companies that actually show up when they say they will and get the job done right the first time. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing furnace work.

ACR Heating & Cooling team helped me understand the technology and the terminology so I was comfortable with my purchase decision. I found out that all their technicians were certified and they offered so many different products that I had a hard time choosing. They obtained all the necessary permits which helped out a lot which puts their customer service as top notch.

AC installation: unit works well, monetary price reasonable. Nightmare to get through inspections (4.5 months) but did eventually through much effort on my part.

My recommendation:
Insist on a written contract with all costs up front. Retain 50% of payment until any necessary inspections are complete and pass.

Excellent customer service. Called last year when our furnace blower and mother board went bad, speedy repair. Called this year and they walked us through a simple fix to get our furnace going again. Definitely recommend this company.

Great customer service and fast turn around.

I have pets, and I made sure to mention immediately that exterior doors and the basement door needed to be closed at all times. But the two gentlemen left them open repeatedly. I finally stopped what I was doing and rolled behind them closing doors until they were finished. Also, a small but annoying thing: I'd just paid for my garage to be totally emptied out and they left the boxes the chimney liner came in without asking or letting me know. Finally, it's been 10 days and I haven't yet heard anything about my city inspection.

I woke this cold morning and my furnace wasn’t working. It was early so I sent ACR a message via their website. They called me back within an hour. A technician was at my home by 1pm and fixed my broken igniter. I’m very impressed by both their service and their speed in attending to my issue. Thanks again for the help.
