They came out the next day! We didn’t have to wait days without heat. Dan was fantastic, knew exactly what was wrong and was able to fix it quickly. Also was able to teach my husband and I a few things and where our filters for our humidifier were etc. We moved into this house and didn’t know anything about the furnace as we had a pellet stove at our old home. Our burners had corroded. Would absolutely call them again if any trouble arose.

I contacted the emergency line and they were out In just a few hours and had my heat up and running again within an hour, special shout out to the tech that showed up he was very knowledgeable and professional. It will be ACR for All my future heating and cooling issues. Much appreciated guys!

Ryan was real helpful. Also quick in reaponce to our no heat emergency on a Friday night. Only had to spend several hours without heat. Came right out diagnosed that our blower motor was bad. Got it up and running and now the family can be confident and comfortable in this chilly winter.

Our furnace had been out for over a day and nobody was able to come out and help. I had given up until I got a call back from ACR Heating and Cooling, they were able to make it to our house in an hour and then had the problem fixed with in the hour. This company was AMAZING, very friendly, explained everything that was done. The pricing for after hours was not as bad as I expected it to be. I would definitely recommend this company!

Ryan was excellent, fast response with a service call for no heat. Came on a Friday afternoon, ordered parts after hours and answered phone calls after hours to assist me with the installation of a new ignition module. Definitely will call ACR in the future.
