The service from Shane and crew was very appreciated. They were very helpful and unlocked the gate as I am on oxygen. They did a great job on the lawn and even blew my entire porch off. I received exceptional service and will continue to use them for cutting my lawn!

Received great service from Jason . He did an excellent job on my lawn and went above and beyond on details. He is professional and friendly and hope he is the individual who returns for future services.

Derek has provided excellent lawn service for me all season. He is extremely dependable and trustworthy, always leaving my yard looking fantastic. He is also a genuinely kind person who goes the extra mile. We have built a friendly rapport with each other. I will miss his weekly visits now that the season is ending. I highly recommend Derek for top-notch service and a personal touch!

Lawn mowing was ok, I asked for short but they didn't cut it short.
I paid $150 for bush trimming and the pic below is the result (AFTER they came out)..
I gave it a low rating and said that I wished they had cut the bushes to a uniform height. The customer service person said that they didn't do that because I didnt ask for that under additional details....Oh, and allegedly one of their QA people came by and didn't see anything wrong either.
I can see why that have the 3 cut minimum policy, because after their first week of service I'm done with them. But, they want Additional Details, I'm going to give them some of those :)

Robert is my lawn mower, I like him, he is doing a good job in cutting the grass ! He looks like a gentleman, meek , and performs well in pertaining the job in adverse circumstances as well! Let his integrity shine through the business to endeavor prosperity and success!!

I booked online for a one time service. I kept receiving text about receiving a discount if I subscribed. I then received a phone call from them and I explained that I just want a one time mow and the lady hung up on me. The next day I was charged $50 for services that I never received.

Dan did a great job with my lawn care and was accommodating with my schedule changes

Did a great job on the cut. They showed up the day they said they would, which is actually a hard thing to find in a lawn company these days. Price is great for the above standard work they preform. No complaints from me.

Derek showed up on time and did a great job!! Immediately booked for regular service twice a month. Reliability is hard to find, Lawn Love does a great job at that.

We needed the bushes trimmed in front of the house. We didn't realize that the power outlet near the front door wasn't working. No one was home at the time. Instead of rescheduling (which would have been fine!) Brian trimmed all of the overgrown bushes by hand! He also said he would go over them again the next time he mows if we have power to the outlet. He also removed all of the cut branches. 100% satisfied!

As the previous provider was unavailable, I contacted Lawn Love. Almost immediately I received a response. Within an hour of my inquiry, my account was set up, I was matched with Matthew, and service was scheduled by end of week. As scheduled, I received notification and Matthew arrived sooner than expected to complete the work. Within 45 minutes, the yard was beautifully cut and trimmed. No issues or concerns. I was pleasantly surprised and anticipate the same positive experience with future services.

Ryan did an excellent job, he was very patient, professional and experienced .He paid attention to detail make sure everything looked neat and well trimmed.

First cut today was simply awesome. Courtne and team came in and take care of business. That’s just what I needed.

I just used this service for the first time and it was excellent! My provider was Desmond and he did a very nice job mowing and edging. He also made sure no lawn clippings were left on the driveway or walk. I highly recommend using this service.

Do not use this company. Had one of their contractors launch a rock from a riding mower into the side of my car while parked at a McDonalds parking lot. Caused damage and they would not pay for damage.

Our service was exactly what we asked for and needed. Great communication, clear and fair pricing, friendly and great service… highly recommend.
