Longtree tree service was professional and knowledgeable from the get go! Jane the receptionist was extremely pleasant . Kyle came out and looked at our tree and got back to us that night with a proposal and a video . Answered all our questions and concerns. Raphael and his crew were easy to talk to , professional, careful, cleaned up all debris from the trimming of the tree and they were done quickly . We were very impressed and we highly recommend this tree service if you need work done . Thank you!

I couldn’t be more impressed! The tree trimming service was absolutely amazing. The crew was incredibly kind, professional, and worked so fast and efficiently. They cleaned up every bit of debris! Honestly, my yard looks even better than it did before they arrived! I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

These guys were safe, on time, and did the job. However, I would not recommend if you're looking for above and beyond expertise with tree trimming. I got charged 1.5k to trim a large mulberry and they cut off 4 limbs. To be fair they had to climb it (no bucket access), but it took them less than an hour. I can tell they were hurrying because the estimate incorrectly assumed they could use a bucket to knock down some other trees, but the power lines were in the way and they had to climb it and it took longer-- so I'm happy they didn't try to charge me more. When I tried to talk with the foreman about maintenance trimming on the huge mulberry, he just responded I should just cut it down. Lol it's fine, he isn't getting paid for his expert opinion. Also they left so fast they left some of their equipment and some empty sports drink bottles in my yard. Again, my yard isn't easy to work in, and they did the job and I'm happy. Would I use again? Yes for tree removal. Not for pruning/trimming. Too much of a disconnect between quoting and work performed.

All interactions from the beginning were pleasant and professional. Kyle responded to my outreach quickly and we were able to schedule a quote in a short timeframe. Compared to other companies, he was very professional, informative, and made me feel assured that they are a credible company through his detail in the process, as well as why he is quoting certain services. He ensured that I would be doing the minimal required work to be cost friendly, but what is necessary based on my needs and my tree health, while not wasting money by not doing enough now and having issues in the future.

Then scheduling the actual service was quick and easy as well. Jane was very kind and helpful in making the schedule work with my availability.

The team was very nice, and early, so I didn't have to worry about my schedule getting affected. They worked very effectively and were informative as well. Overall a great experience!

The team came out and started working right away and they protected the lawn and building! Forman explained everything to me and everyone was very friendly, nice and professional! The tree branches were hanging over the roof and they removed them and trimmed them. The trimming left my building looking good and we can get sunlight now and our flowers will not die anymore. Kyle gave me a reasonable quote for my job. Rafael's crew did a fantastic job trimming 60 overgrown arborvitaes. They removed approximately six to ten feet of growth! All of the trimmings were completely removed from the site.

The crew members were respectful, pleasant, professional, informative, and extremely proficient.

After getting several estimates to have some tree trimming work. We decided to go with Longtree. They weren't the cheapest estimate. However, I really liked Kyle and the fact that he was a certified arborist. He took the time to talk about trimming to maintain the health and integrity of the trees. He even sent out addtional information, and a video that I could show to my neighbor, which supported why she needs to get rid of the dying Black Locus Tree that is on my fence line, falling on my house and in my yard. Along with the Locus, an Elm Tree hanging over my house that I've been trimming for thirty years. She won't even go half....forgive me I digress. I like that they were licensed and insuranced, too.
Jane handled the appointment promptly and professionally. When there was rain on the original scheduled date, Jane quickly rescheduled us to the earliest date.
Rafael and the crew came out to do the job. I must admit there was a slight misunderstanding about the scope of the job. Rafael was patient and professional. I spoke with Kyle over the phone, and again, very professional. It was minor and quickly resolved. That's what you want when clarification and understanding need to be made. You should want a happy and satisfied customer. Rafael made sure that I'd be one of them. I can say that my husband and I are satisfied customers.
Great job, Longtree! You can look at their crews work after the job is done and say that looks really good. They clean up nicely, too. My husband said to give you ten stars. I told him it only goes up to five, so I guess you'll have to settle for five.

This is my 3rd time using Longtree, and so I'm just modifying my already existing 5 star review. Team was quick, communicative, and did a fantastic job cleaning up after they were done. Loved to see all of their safety features.

Most recently had a 60+ foot tree removed, and they did a nice job, with minimal damage to existing trees that were tightly compacted and in the path of the lager willow.

We needed some weed trees removed around the perimeter of our property lines for a new fence that we wished to install. Every fence contractor we talked to said the price that Longtree provided was outstanding for the work. When they came to the site they were careful, worked efficiently, were very friendly, and earnestly wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the results. Would highly recommend for tree service.

This is truly a professional business as a fellow tree care company owner I have not personally use long tree to remove trees on my property. However, I can't tell you how devoted the owner, Kyle, is to providing top-notch professional services to his clients. We are apart from multiple people groups together where we meet at least two times per month to discuss things like safety, training, and business best practices. Not only is Kyle always looking for ways to level up his business standards, and his staff's capabilities, he regularly contributes to our groups and helps hold the industry accountable to higher standards for all.

This is a great company if you need any tree services! When Kyle came to make an estimate, he was professional, knowledgeable, and quoted a reasonable price based on other estimates we received. The office contact person was courteous, responsive, and made scheduling easy. On the scheduled day, the 4-member crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and did a great job removing a large maple tree, trimming other trees on the property and cleaning up afterwards. They really knew what they were doing as the tree was situated between the house, a narrow pathway and chain link fence to work around. I highly recommend Longtree Tree Service and will definitely use them again for our tree services in the future!

We had a very large maple in our backyard that needed to be taken down with the help of a crane, and after meeting with several companies, some of whom seemed uninterested in the job because of the complexity and scale, Longtree Tree Service offered the most comprehensive assessment and plan. On the day of the removal, the team was professional, efficient, and communicative. Plans changed from the initial assessment once the crane was on site, but our concerns were respectfully addressed and the removal went off without a hitch and in a timely fashion.
